Putnam County Man Facing Animal Cruelty Charges

PUTNAM COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) – A Putnam County man was arrested on Wednesday after an investigation into the deaths of three dogs.
Indiana State Police originally responded to the residence of Todd Marsee, 47, of Coatesville, Ind. after reports of him killing three of his own dogs.
Officials report that Marsee became agitated and struck the Pitbull dogs on the head with a blunt object, resulting in the deaths of all three dogs.
Marsee is facing one charge of Cruelty to Animals.
He is being held in the Putnam County Jail with no bond.
