Puppy Tortured to Death Finally Gets Justice She Deserves

 Radoslaw Czerkawski. He is charged with 12 counts of animal abuse, remains behind bars on $500,000 bond, and faces 55 years in prison. Czerkawski had gotten Doe for $40 on Craiglist.

Never, EVER give away an animal for free! And if you’re going to sell it or ask for a donation, thoroughly investigate who you are giving an animal to. Check vet references and visit their home. (Czerkawski lied and said he had a farm in Connecticut. Asking to visit the farm that he did not have would have immediately kept the puppy out of his hands.)Czerkawski is also accused of stealing checks from a church and misleading police.

Police are confident Czerkawski is their man — they say they found Puppy Doe’s blood on his apartment floor. Disgusting! This “man” deserves everything he gets and more.It’s about time that animal killers and abusers get hard time for their crimes. If Czerkawski gets the max, he won’t be out until he’s almost 90 — if he makes it out at all.Through it all, vets say that Puppy Doe, despite what she’d been through, was loving and friendly to all. Can you imagine? Animals are certainly better than humans in a lot of ways, and anyone who takes advantage of that doesn’t deserve freedom.

Internet users have united to get justice for a dog so brutally tortured that she had to be euthanized.

On Aug. 31, a female pit bull was found on Carrolls Lane in Quincy, Mass., near a playground, according to Boston’s Animal Rescue League, or ARL. The dog, who was likely 1 to 2 years old, weighed half what she should have. She had suffered starvation and abuse “sadistic” in nature, including stabbings to the eye and a sliced tongue. Her injuries were so severe that she had to be euthanized.

Veterinarians working on the animal, named Puppy Doe, were sickened by her state.

“They’re a freak, a total freak,” Dr. Martha Smith-Blackmore, who performed the autopsy on the tortured pup, told Boston’s WBZ of the alleged abuser. “Splitting her tongue, burning her nose, stabbing her eye, it’s the totality of the types of injuries. Not only was she beaten, she was stabbed [and] she was burned. It’s all kinds of injures. It’s a sick mind that can do this to an animal.”

The Quincy Police Department and animal rescue groups are asking for help. The ARL is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the prosecution of the perpetrator. Animal groups Misty’s Journey and Second Chance Rescue NYC have already raised more than $11,000 on YouCaring.com toward a reward for information provided.

A Facebook group titled “Justice for Puppy Doe” already has more than 25,000 likes and has attracted support from as far away as Brazil.

“We need anyone who knows who owned and abused this dog to contact authorities,” District Attorney Morrissey said, via the ARL. “The injuries cataloged in the post-mortem examination are grotesque and indicate consistent starvation and abuse over an extended period of time. It is highly unlikely that this level of sadistic cruelty could be shown to one animal and not be part of a pattern involving other animals or perhaps vulnerable people. We need to find the person who did this and see what else they are doing.”

Meanwhile, the dog’s alleged original owner, Laura Hankins, has come forward. Hankins told the Boston Herald she and her boyfriend bought the pit bull mix last December for $200 on Craigslist. But her landlord eventually told her the dog had to go. So, she put the dog back on Craigslist.

She gave the animal to a woman from Grafton who “seemed wonderful,” according to the Herald. The new owner sent updates, but those stopped in July.

The Puppy Doe case has reignited the fight against free pets on Craigslist, a practice that has been linked to abuse and death. A Change.org petition set up in memoriam of Puppy Doe demands Craigslist CEO Jim Buckmaster end the practice.

It’s beyond words that this sweet, innocent dog, that once knew love had to suffer this violent, evil fate, but at the very least, if … “giving away” of pets was banned on Craligslist there would be a small amount of justice in her name.

The petition has nearly 20,000 signatures.

As of Saturday, police were following up on six specific tips, according to the Herald. The Patriot Ledger reports that a memorial has been set up for Puppy Doe along a fence at the playground near where she was found.

Rescue Organisation Helps Save Three Day Old Puppies Who Were Being Sold On-Line

When Panda Paws Rescue was informed about a Craigslist ad selling three-day-old pit bull puppies they didn’t hesitate to act. 

Panda Paws Rescue founder Amanda Giese obtained as much information as she could and then contacted authorities in Fontana, California who came to the aid of the puppies and her mother.

A 24-year-old woman posted an ad offering for sale 3-day-old pit bull puppies.

When Panda Paws found out about it they were horrified. Although located in a different state, the rescue didn’t hesitate to help. Knowing the puppies lives were at risk Giese worked to obtain proof of what was happening. As soon as she had confirmation that the ad was real, she contacted the Fontana Police Department for help.

Officer Jamie Simmons with the Fontana Police Department went into immediate action. Officer Simmons removed six puppies and their mother from the woman’s custody by Tuesday night. Officer Simmons placed the puppies and mother in medical care with a local veterinary clinic.

A seventh puppy was sold on Monday, and its location is unknown.

The puppies and mother are currently in foster care once they are able to be safely transported they will be taken to Panda Paws Rescue in Vancouver, Washington. Wings of Rescue will be helping to fly the dogs to Washington. The puppies will be available for adoption once they are over 8 weeks old, vaccinated, microchipped and altered.

The woman who was selling the puppies is facing numerous charges. The investigation is ongoing and more details about the rescue are not yet released.

Arizona Man Gets Probation In Bestiality Case

WTF…18 months suspended sentence?? Well considering how much court cost are…there wasn’t much point in going, was there? A shop lifter would have received a more stern sentence. Seriously, does anyone think that people who want sex with  animals are normal? Should they be allowed (especially after being arrested for either having or trying to have such heinous acts) to mingle amongst society; especially around children? Well I don’t! These people disgust & offend me, I think we all have a right to know where they are, where they live & most importantly; that the police are keeping an eye on them…which they can’t do if their on bloody probation!!

PHOENIX – A Mesa man busted in a bestiality case that stemmed from a Craigslist ad has been sentenced to 18 months of probation.

Court records show Maricopa County Superior Court Commissioner Jeffrey Rueter sentenced Craig James Naylor on Friday.

Naylor was arrested in August after he met with an undercover detective and a dog at a Mesa hotel following two months of negotiations.

He told authorities at the time that he sought a dog through the online ad for sexual gratification because he had been having marital problems.

Authorities seized two computers and a cell phone as part of the investigation.

The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office said Naylor’s was the sixth arrest of its kind for the department over the past year.

Couple who used Craigslist to solicit a dog for sex AVOID prison sentence (but are banned from owning animals)

A couple who pleaded guilty to using Craigslist to find a dog for the wife to have sex with has been sentenced to probation in a twisted case of bestiality.

Shane Walker, 38, and his wife Sarah Dae Walker, 33, of San Tan Valley, Arizona appeared in court on Thursday to face charges of conspiracy to commit bestiality after soliciting an undercover deputy for the use of his golden shepherd in June.

The couple, who had an admitted open marriage, were arrested alongside the wife’s lover Robert Aucker, 26, after the trio made plans to meet with the dog and its owner at a Mesa Quality Inn.

Sarah Walker was sentenced to 24 months of supervised probation with her husband ordered 18 months under the same beastiality charge. “Pathetic, this pair will be at it again as soon as they can..but next time they will be more careful…this sentence definitely isn’t going to them!”

Both are also prohibited from owning or caring for any animals. “Suppose we should be grateful for that, they going to watch them 24/7? Now if their names were on an Animal Abuse Register, which shelters could check, before handing over pets to anyone…some of these animal crimes could have been averted! It would contain all the details the Sex Offender list would have, so it would be easy to implement, just change the title & get it put in shelters, pounds, sanctuary’s…anywhere that animals are passed to the public.!”

Mr Walker, who was a flight attendant at the time of his arrest, expressed his grief over the incident that he says caused him to lose his job and has laid a sheet of embarrassment on his family. “Good, its the best thing to come out of this…I hope you can never walk down the road without people calling you a sadistic pervert! I hope the whole town you live in, sends you to Coventry…they needn’t bother moving either, because they will still be recognised…why do you think I add pictures of reprobates on this blog…so the whole world will know who you are & see you for what you are truly like…obscene, rancorous & vile reprobates! “

‘If I could turn back time, I wish I could, I can’t so I’m trying to move forward in my life,’ he told the judge according to KPHO.

Mr Walker told the judge that his wife checked into a behavioural institute right after their arrest. “If a parent has to be admitted into such a clinic, one has to question, should they have access to children? After all, most monsters who are into bestiality; end up having a life of crime, abusing children being one of those crimes!”.

The Walkers posted a Craigslist ad on February 7 titled, ‘Wife looking for K9’, according to Maricopa County Superior Court records.

During a number of email exchanges between the couple and the detective, Dae offered sexual favors and they agreed to meet at the Quality Inn in Mesa, which is where they were arrested.

Court records state that Dae, a photographer, admitted to detectives she told both her husband and Aucker she wanted a dog to have sex with her. “SICK”

The trio had been hoping to meet the owner of a Golden Shepherd having spent three weeks corresponding with her over the use of the dog. “The dog is a living sentient being with feelings, they didn’t stop to think about the trauma the poor thing would face, nor the damage. My God, imagine if they had their own family dog, I dread to think about that scenario! Cases like this prove we need Animal Abuse Registers, to run alongside the Sex Offenders List. Shelters need to know that any animal going out the door is going to a loving family who will only treat it as a dog!”

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said: ‘People who do this for enjoyment are a different breed, that’s for certain.‘ “Totally agree with him, they are borderline nefarious, vile & depraved, Jail is too good for them!”

Arpaio, who is known as the toughest sheriff in America over his stand against illegal immigration, said the Walkers had described themselves as ‘swingers’.

According to the arrest report Aucker said he had been involved with Dae for a month and she had expressed her desire to have sex with a dog.

Expected to find dog in hotel

Last year Sheriff Arpaio wrote to Craigslist CEO Jim Buckmaster after the arrest of two people for using the website to solicit dogs for sex.

Arpaio asked for closer monitoring of the site, but said after the latest arrest: ‘I remain extremely disappointed in the leadership at Craigslist.com for refusing to do what they can to stop this.

‘While they aren’t doing anything to stop it, I will continue to enforce all animal cruelty laws.’ “WE need one of him in every state, Town & Country. Someone who believes in firm punishment, not a weak slap on the wrist.

Man pleads guilty in bestiality case

PHOENIX — A Mesa man has admitted to using the website Craigslist.com to try to have sex with a dog.

Craig James Naylor, 47, entered a guilty plea Thursday to a charge of conspiracy to commit bestiality. He is due back in court on November 16 for sentencing.

Naylor was arrested back in August following an undercover operation by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies came in contact with Naylor through Craigslist, and spent two months exchanging emails about a dog.

Naylor eventually agreed to meet up with deputies to have sex with the dog, but he was arrested before the animal was brought into the room.

Naylor isn’t the only person who has used Craigslist to try to commit bestiality.

Several people have been arrested and convicted in the past two years for using the website to locate animals.

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio has written letters to Craigslist’s CEO asking that the company work harder to make sure that people aren’t using the site to commit illegal acts.
