Evil Bastard….needs to be put down!!! What’s going to stop him getting & abusing another sentient being??? We need an Animal AbuseRegistry, a global one that will help stop scum like this from ever owning an animal again!! If a person can beat then slash a dog with a knife, it’s not a one-off, it’s the owners habitual lifestyle. This man, & those like him have to be stopped…but by who??? Only a Global Animal Registry, accessed by all animal control centres & foster/adopt shelters, can help to stop other animals facing the same fate! If he decides to adopt or foster or gain access to shelters…this guy will just fade into the background with another dog from wherever & beat the shit out of it again! We can only help stop this by demanding a Global Animal Abuse Register; nothing else will work & stop monsters like him, from harming more sentient beings!!
GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – A Green Bay man is accused of badly beating and stabbing his dog.
According to the criminal complaint, police were called after the suspect, Jacob Stephanus, 27, took the dog to Packerland Veterinary Clinic on Thursday.
The complaint says the white pit bull or boxer mix, between 9 and 12 months old, had several deep cuts, broken teeth, and an eye so badly injured it had to be removed.
Stephanus told the vet the dog was a stray and he was trying to help the dog for several days.
The vet said they didn’t look like injuries from a dog fight because there were no bite marks, and were more consistent with abuse.
Eventually, Stephanus admitted it was his dog. He said he was tired after working for 13 hours and got angry at the dog for being excited, and he struck it with a broom handle and slashed it with a knife.
Stephanus is charged with felony mistreatment of an animal. Jail records indicate he was released Friday on a $2,000 bond. “this is ridiculous, what’s to stop him doing it again?? NOTHING!!!!!”
“PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION BELOW – THIS HEINOUS ABUSE MUST BE STOPPED NOW & THE AG-GAG LAW ABOLISHED. If these men are capable of treating animals in such a vile manner; what are they like at home? probable domestic abuse & perhaps worse! These evil sub-humans need to be exposed not protected by an AG-GAG Law. Think about it, only those with something to hide would want this law to protect them from the public finding out what really happens to its animals. If you’re a meat-eater, are you happy to eat a cow that has been violated & horrifically abused???”

MFA has released never-before-seen undercover video of cows being sexually abused at Bettencourt Dairies, Idaho’s largest dairy farm.
The footage is part of a new online ad campaign aimed at defeating the state’s controversial “ag-gag” bill, SB 1337.
The graphic hidden-camera video shows a worker fondling a cow’s vagina while making crude sexual references. It also shows this and other Bettencourt workers viciously beating, kicking, and jumping on cows in order to deliberately inflict pain.
MFA is urging concerned citizens to contact Idaho governor Butch Otter and representatives in the state House to demand that they reject the dangerous ag-gag bill. Watch the shocking video here:
Viewer Discretion – Dairy Industry Tries to Cover Up Factory Farm Sex Abuse
Published on 18 Feb 2014
In direct response to an undercover investigation exposing horrific animal abuse and sexual assault at Bettencourt Dairies, Idaho’s largest dairy factory farm, corrupt lawmakers have introduced a bill to silence whistleblowers and keep the dairy industry’s dirty secrets hidden from public view. Watch and share this important video. Then take action at www.MercyForAnimals.org/Idaho
In late 2012, MFA conducted an undercover investigation at Bettencourt Dairies that exposed a culture of horrific animal cruelty, neglect, and sexual abuse. The investigation led to criminal charges against workers at the facility. Jesus Garza, seen molesting a cow in this newly released video, was convicted in January 2013 of criminal cruelty to animals. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, ordered to pay a $500 fine, and barred from supervising or providing any direct care to livestock.
This year, indirect response to MFA’s investigation, pro-factory farm legislators in Idaho proposed an ag-gag bill designed to shield animal abusers likeJesus Garza from public scrutiny. If passed, SB 1337 would make it a crime to take photos or video at a factory farm without the owner’s permission. Luis Bettencourt, owner of Bettencourt Dairies, has been lobbying to pass this bill.
“This legislation is a desperate attempt to sweep evidence of animal cruelty and sexual abuse under the rug,” said MFA’s executive director, Nathan Runkle.
“Without Mercy For Animals’ investigation, sadistic animal abuse and sexual molestation would have gone on undetected, unaddressed and unpunished. Idaho has some of the weakest animal cruelty laws in the nation.
Lawmakers should be focusing on strengthening these pathetic laws, not silencing whistleblowers in an attempt to protect corrupt corporations.”
We must put a stop to this dangerous legislation. Click hereto sign the petition calling on Idaho governor Butch Otter to veto this dangerous bill.

BASTROP COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) – Authorities in Bastrop County are looking for a man who allegedly dragged his horse for 100 yards leaving it with severe injuries.
Horse dragged behind pick-up..cruel bxxxxxd!! Image from Examiner web page
On Nov. 10, a witness saw Mariano Villafuerta, 43, tie a horse to his truck in the 200 block of Mesa Drive in Del Valle and started to drive away.
The witness said Villafuerta accelerated to a high rate of speed with the horse still tied to the hitch of the truck. The horse had a difficult time keeping up, fell to its side and was dragged for about 100 yards.
According to the arrest warrant, Villafuerta then stopped the truck, got out and began kicking the horse in the neck until it stood up. Villafuerta then grabbed the horse by the lead rope and ran the horse down the driveway to the house in the 300 block of Mesa Drive.
The witness noticed that the horse’s left eye was damaged as well as the skin on his body. The deputy who arrived to take the report took pictures of the aforementioned injuries.
The witness said the horse apparently got out of Villafuerta’sproperty and was roaming around when Villafuertafound it.
The Bastrop County Sheriff’s Office will charge Villafuertawith cruelty to livestock animals by tripping, which is a state jail felony.
As of Wednesday night, officials have not located Villafuerta.
By Penny Eims December 5, 2012:- Man wanted for dragging horse behind truck in Texas
On Tuesday, KEYE TV published a horrific case ofanimal crueltyinvolving a gorgeous horse who was nearly dragged to his death in Bastrop County, Texas.
The incident took place on November 10, the day that the suspect, Mariano Resendiz Villafuerta, is accused of attaching his horse to the back of his white, Ford F150 pickup and dragging him for over 150 yards.
“He was drug at a high speed until the horse couldn’t keep up,” “And then when the horse fell, he drug it.”
Investigators believe that Villafuerta was angry about something at the time, and took that rage out on the horse. According to KXAN News, the authorities were alerted to the horrific situation by a witness who claims to have watched the entire scene.
After the high speed dragging, the horse, now being called “Dragster,” was taken to a veterinary clinic for the multiple injuries which cover his once gorgeous coat.
Dragster is currently being cared for by the Meadow Haven Horse Rescue, where he is expected to recover.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Villafuerta, who is facing one count of animal cruelty, but as of yet, he is nowhere to be found.
“Please if anybody knows anything about this, contact the police! These gangs must be punished for what they do; mocking a homeless person is one thing, beating them & killing their dog is another! If they can kick a dog to death, what else are they capable of? I would like to bet if they own dogs, then their dogs suffer from their abusive behaviour too! Young people like this if not reprimanded now will grow up to have no respect for any life; they will probably kill again, it’s in their nature; they are void of feelings when killing!! So if you know something & don’t own up (you can do it anonymously), then another death may be on your conscience. Video included in link below!”
FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — Fresno police arrested two teenagers accused of beating up a 45-year-old homeless man and killing his small dog.
Police arrested 18-year-old Alejandro Lopez and a 16-year-old male after they were identified by the victim. Police suspect both are gang members.
Police say the victim is a 45-year-old homeless man who was walking through the parking lot of the Mosqueda Community Center in Southeast Fresno before 10:00 p.m. Monday.
Lt Jose Garza with the Fresno Police Department says officers don’t know the victim’s encounter with the group of teens turned violent.
“For gang members they really don’t need a reason to victimize people, they do it, that’s what they do,” Garza said. “They surrounded him and started kicking knocked him to the ground.”
Garza said they started yelling out their gang before they started their assault. Garza also said the man had a backpack. The man’s dog, a terrier-mix named Snoopy, was in the backpack. Garza said the teens turned their attention to the man’s pet.
“They took the dog out of the backpack and repeatedly kicked the dog and ended up killing it,” he said.
Garza said there were two teenager women with the group of attackers who took pity on the victim, who helped him up and told him to run.
The victim ran to a convenience store down the street, at the corner of E. Butler Ave. and S. Maple Ave.
The store clerk told Action News he remember seeing the man frantic in the parking lot, telling customers that he had been attacked and his dog was dead. The clerk said the man was able to flag down a police car that was stopped at the traffic light.
Police say the victim is fine and refused treatment. He was released at the scene.
Officers believe there were five or six people involved in the attack. They are asking the public’s help in finding the rest.
The suspects in custody are facing charges of assault with a deadly weapon and cruelty towards animals.
UPDATE 04/12/2013 : Christopher Caceres, 22, is charged with felony animal cruelty, burglary and misdemeanor sexual assault of an animal. He faces up to nine years in prison if convicted of all charges, according to prosecutors. Caceres is being held in lieu of $100,000 bail.
The mother of a 22-year-old San Pedro, Calif., man who is at the center of a sordid case of bestiality, has apologized to the owners of the victimized dog, reported Thursday’s Press-Telegram.
My husband and I had no idea. We already spoke to the people and told them the same thing. He needs help, and we are sorry about what happened.”
Caceres, who remains behind bars, has pleaded not guilty to the charges stemming from the alleged sexual assault of an 80-pound Akita.
On Nov. 10, after viewing surveillancefootageof the sexual assault, the dog’s owner went to the police.
The victimized dog’s owner, who has chosen to remain anonymous, installed security cameras on his property because he feared that his house was being targeted by a prowler; the man had heard his dog “shriek,” during the night, on two separate occasions.
Prior to viewing the recorded video, which showed a two-plus hour long encounter, the man had no idea that his dog was being forced to engage insexual activity with Caceres.
Caceres’ mother has elected not to watch the video which implicates her son.
She has stated:
We are very upset about it just like everybody else,
At this time, we are doing the best we can. Eventually things will calm down and be OK again. We are hoping for the best for everybody involved.”
A 22-year-old San Pedro, Calif., man is facing multiple charges after a neighbor’s surveillance cameras caught him engaging in sordid, sexual activity with a dog, reported Tuesday’s Press-Telegram.
Christopher Alexander Caceresis accused of sexually assaulting an 80-pound Akita; according to footage captured by the dog owner’s surveillance camera, the attack went on for two agonizing hours.
The dog’s owner, who has chosen to remain anonymous, told The Press-Telegram:
It was unimaginable to me,
For it to go on that long was heart-wrenching.”
He added:
It’s inhumane. I don’t even know what to say about it,”
He is apparently just a real sicko.”
The dog’s owner had installed security cameras because he feared that his house was being targeted by a prowler. The dog’s owner had heard his dog “shriek” during the night, and he has also found fur from the dog scattered in his yard.
After viewing the security camera footage, the man witnessed the suspect feeding something to his dog, believed to be a drug of some sort, and then, after approximately 15 minutes, the lengthy sexual attack began.
The police were notified on Nov. 10, after the dog’s owner viewed the surveillance footage.
Caceres, who is reported to be a grandson of one of the dog owner’s neighbors, pleaded not guilty to charges, including burglary and bestiality; he has been ordered to come back to court on Nov. 25.
The victimized dog has been seen, and treated, by a veterinarian.
“This psycho needs to be taken off the streets, he is a danger to both animals & the public.; if he can blow up a dog, what else is he capable of??. How the hell can he plead not guilty; when he made the bloody bomb with the intent to blow up his dog! Personally I think this can be classed as one of the worst cases of animal cruelty! I don’t see how he can evade prison, but if he does; then the law regarding “did the animal suffer” needs to be changed…of course the animal suffered; it was bloody blown up!!”
Dillinghampleaded not guilty Thursday in aSkamania CountycourtroomThursday to charges of possession of a bomb or explosive device with intent to use for an unlawful purpose, animal cruelty, a fireworks violation, andreckless endangerment, prosecutors told CNN. He faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted of the most serious charge.
The animal cruelty charges were filed after the other offences because investigators initially said that the 3-year-old dog didn’t suffer during the incident.
Dillingham, who owns a fireworks business, allegedly told authorities he was preparing for “the rapture” when he strapped explosives to the dog’s collar. Authorities said the dog died instantly, according to the AP.
Cabela blown up with home made bomd
Neighbours called the Skamania County Sheriff’s Department about loud explosions coming fromDillingham’shome around 3:45 a.m. Aug. 6. Deputies discovered the dead dog’s remains on Dillingham’s property.
Dillinghamreportedly told authorities he was preparing for the end of the world, which he believed was imminent due to a nuclear attack.
He also allegedly told sheriff’s deputies that his ex-girlfriend gave him the dog and that she “put the devil in it.”
When Dillinghamallegedly strapped explosives to the dog, he distracted the lab with treats so it wouldn’t try to knock them off its collar.
He allegedly told police he made the explosives from black powder derived from fireworks.
Dillinghamremains in the Skamania County Jail, where he has been holed up since Aug. 4.
He was unable to come up with the $500,000 bond set by a judge.
South Africa, which hosts about 90 percent of the world’s rhinoceros population, should consider lifting a domestic ban on trade in the animals’ horns, authorizing commercial farming and trading the horn on the Johannesburg bourse, a Department of Environmental Affairs report showed.
The steps were proposed as part of an effort to halt poaching that is threatening eventual extinction for the animals. At least 514 out of a national population, that stood at 20,711 in 2010, have been poached this year, the department said in the report, which was released by e-mail today. Most of rest of the global population is spread across sub-Saharan Africa with the next biggest concentration being in Namibia.
“Some viewed the lifting of the ban on trade in rhino horn as the panacea that would end poaching and save the rhino from otherwise inevitable extinction,” the department said, referring to consultation on the measures. “This view was supported by market theorists who argued that in a market where rhino horn could be traded freely, market forces would automatically drive horn prices down, obviating the need for syndicates to face risks associated with poaching.”
A similar argument has been mounted about elephant ivory with SouthernAfrican nations including South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana advocating legal trade in the product while Kenya and other countries oppose it.
South Africa should “consider opening a rhino horn trading bourse possibly linked to the JSE,” the department said, referring to Africa’s biggest stock and bond exchange.
Horn Stockpiles
The surge in poaching comes even after the government deployed the army in theKruger National Park, its biggest protected wildlife area, and has stepped up arrests of poachers. They target South Africa for the horns, which sell for more than gold by weight in Asia where they are believed to cure cancer and boost sexual prowess.
The government department also recommends asking for permission for auctions this year of rhino-horn stockpiles to help pay foranti-poachinginitiatives, and to upgrade South Africa’s border with Mozambique along Kruger National Park.
Czech Republic authorities seized 24 white-rhino horns and arrested 16 people yesterday in connection with wildlife trafficking, according to the International Fund for Animal Welfare. The gang posed as hunters and then applied for export-import trophies that allowed them to export the horns as personal mementos, the group said in a statement today.
“Illegal trade alone is nudging rhinos to extinction,” Kelvin Alie, director of IFAW’s Wildlife Crime and Consumer Aware Programme, said in the statement. “Only international cooperation between law enforcement authorities will end illegal wildlife trafficking.”
Most rhinos, which weigh as much as 4.5 metric tons, are killed in the Kruger National Park, an area nearly as big as Israel that borders Mozambique, with a porous border that is easily crossed by poachers wielding assault rifles. Mozambique is the world’s 20th poorest nation, according to the International Monetary Fund.
“We remain unconvinced that legal international trade in rhino horn is a feasible approach for rhino conservation,” Jo Shaw, WWF South Africa Rhino Programme Coordinator, said in an e-mailed statement. “Uncertainty about how legal trade may in turn influence demand adds to the challenging complexity of the proposition.”
“Guilty; but I think her sentence is pitiful. Just look at that face & remember it, that’s the face of an animal abuser! These people are heartless & self-centred, they don’t’ give a shit about living sentient beings. They are so cruel & callous, they walk past their pets each day, not giving a dam that they are starving, cold, injured etc. So instead of sending them to a cosy prison (often better than their own abode) with a cosy bed, food etc. I personally I think it would do more good & certainly be cheaper, to just drop them off on a deserted island, surrounded by sharks so they can’t get away. No food, water or protection! Because that’s the only way they are ever going to get close, to how their pet felt! See how they bloody well like that, I bet there wouldn’t be half as many who would abuse an animal again!!”
Video at link below. HAMILTON, Ohio — A Hamilton woman charged with animal cruelty in the death of her dog was found guilty Tuesday after pleading no contest.

Back in April we brought you the story of Jaris, the Belgian malinoispolice dog that was thrown from a second-story window by a parolee refusing to surrender.
We are please to tell you that the man has been sentenced to three years in prison.
Police had arrived at the Fontana, California home of Brian Bills, who had violated his parole. The woman who answered the door claimed he was not home, but police saw him trying to escape out of an upstairs window. He refused to comply, so a K-9 was sent after him. Jaris lunged toward the man, and using the dog’s forward momentum, Bills propelled him out the window.
“Jaris was not able to stop himself and fell to the concrete below,”police explained.
Miraculously, Jaris survived. But after landing on his head, his nose was bleeding and he was staggering, so he was immediately rushed to an emergency veterinarian. He has suffered some nerve damage between his brain and sinuses, but after spending enough time recuperating, Jaris returned to work.
Bills continued to resist arrest even after Jaris’ shocking plummet to the ground. He was caught and pleaded guilty to one count each of resisting a peace officer and intentional injury to a police dog. Today he was sentenced to three years in prison. Yes, we know – not nearly long enough.
