Evil Bastard….needs to be put down!!! What’s going to stop him getting & abusing another sentient being??? We need an Animal Abuse Registry, a global one that will help stop scum like this from ever owning an animal again!! If a person can beat then slash a dog with a knife, it’s not a one-off, it’s the owners habitual lifestyle. This man, & those like him have to be stopped…but by who??? Only a Global Animal Registry, accessed by all animal control centres & foster/adopt shelters, can help to stop other animals facing the same fate! If he decides to adopt or foster or gain access to shelters…this guy will just fade into the background with another dog from wherever & beat the shit out of it again! We can only help stop this by demanding a Global Animal Abuse Register; nothing else will work & stop monsters like him, from harming more sentient beings!!

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – A Green Bay man is accused of badly beating and stabbing his dog.

According to the criminal complaint, police were called after the suspect, Jacob Stephanus, 27, took the dog to Packerland Veterinary Clinic on Thursday.

The complaint says the white pit bull or boxer mix, between 9 and 12 months old, had several deep cuts, broken teeth, and an eye so badly injured it had to be removed.

Stephanus told the vet the dog was a stray and he was trying to help the dog for several days.

The vet said they didn’t look like injuries from a dog fight because there were no bite marks, and were more consistent with abuse.

Eventually, Stephanus admitted it was his dog. He said he was tired after working for 13 hours and got angry at the dog for being excited, and he struck it with a broom handle and slashed it with a knife.

Stephanus is charged with felony mistreatment of an animal. Jail records indicate he was released Friday on a $2,000 bond. “this is ridiculous, what’s to stop him doing it again?? NOTHING!!!!!”

Like if you think an “Animal Abuse Register” will stop people like this from getting another dog from a shelter: FL WOMAN ACCUSED OF STARVING PIT BULL SAY’S “she’ll just adopt another”

Comments Off on Like if you think an “Animal Abuse Register” will stop people like this from getting another dog from a shelter: FL WOMAN ACCUSED OF STARVING PIT BULL SAY’S “she’ll just adopt another”

A complaint made in July to the Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control about a dog tied up out in the rain led to the arrest of Yolanda Williams of West Palm Beach on September 25, 2014, according to the Sun Sentinel. The six year old pit bull, Diamond, was found emaciated, tied up in the backyard.

TAKE A GOOD LOOK….

KEEP YOUR EYE’S OPEN FOR THIS BXXXH, IF YOU SEE HER WITH ANOTHER DOG, REPORT HER…SHE IS NOT FIT TO TAKE CARE OF JACK SHIT!!!!

Williams, 43, claims she never hurt her dog and that Diamond was just sick. According to officials, Williams moved to the area last year and Diamond proceeded to get sick, but she was not able to afford a veterinary visit. She claims to have tried to get the dog healthy but the dog just kept losing weight.

Authorities reported that Diamond’s bones were visible through her skin and the dog was constantly left outside without shelter. Diamond was removed from the property and placed in the care of Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control. According to a representative of Friends of Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control, Diamond recovered and has since been adopted out.

Though Williams said she misses Diamond and cries whenever she goes in the backyard, she stated she would just get another dog after officials took Diamond. Thankfully, she never did.” She may not have then, but how do you know she won’t get another dog, unless you visit every week??”

Williams has been charged with animal cruelty but insists she is a good person who should not be charged. Authorities reported Williams appeared to have no remorse over her sick and emaciated dog. She was released on bond.

“SHE WILL GET ANOTHER DOG, IT’S CASES LIKE THIS WHERE ANIMALS ARE ADOPTED AGAIN…ONLY TO BE ABUSED…BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING FOR SHELTER STAFF, TO CONFIRM THE PERSON IS GENUINE; OR HAS ABUSED BEFORE!   THIS COUNTRY NEEDS AN “ANIMAL ABUSE REGISTER” JUST LIKE THE “REGISTER FOR HUMAN PEADOPHILES!!!”

GRAPHIC VIDEO:Idaho Ag-Gag: MFA Releases Shocking New Video of Dairy Cow Sex Abuse

Comments Off on GRAPHIC VIDEO:Idaho Ag-Gag: MFA Releases Shocking New Video of Dairy Cow Sex Abuse

“PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION BELOW – THIS HEINOUS ABUSE MUST BE STOPPED NOW & THE AG-GAG LAW ABOLISHED. If these men are capable of treating animals in such a vile manner; what are they like at home? probable domestic abuse & perhaps worse! These evil sub-humans need to be exposed not protected by an AG-GAG Law. Think about it, only those with something to hide would want this law to protect them from the public finding out what really happens to its animals. If you’re a meat-eater, are you happy to eat a cow that has been violated & horrifically abused???”

February 19, 2014 Posted By Vandhana Bala

MFA has released never-before-seen undercover video of cows being sexually abused at Bettencourt Dairies, Idaho’s largest dairy farm.

The footage is part of a new online ad campaign aimed at defeating the state’s controversial “ag-gag” bill, SB 1337.

The graphic hidden-camera video shows a worker fondling a cow’s vagina while making crude sexual references. It also shows this and other Bettencourt workers viciously beating, kicking, and jumping on cows in order to deliberately inflict pain.

MFA is urging concerned citizens to contact Idaho governor Butch Otter and representatives in the state House to demand that they reject the dangerous ag-gag bill. Watch the shocking video here:

Viewer Discretion – Dairy Industry Tries to Cover Up Factory Farm Sex Abuse

Published on 18 Feb 2014

In direct response to an undercover investigation exposing horrific animal abuse and sexual assault at Bettencourt Dairies, Idaho’s largest dairy factory farm, corrupt lawmakers have introduced a bill to silence whistleblowers and keep the dairy industry’s dirty secrets hidden from public view. Watch and share this important video. Then take action at www.MercyForAnimals.org/Idaho

In late 2012, MFA conducted an undercover investigation at Bettencourt Dairies that exposed a culture of horrific animal cruelty, neglect, and sexual abuse. The investigation led to criminal charges against workers at the facility. Jesus Garza, seen molesting a cow in this newly released video, was convicted in January 2013 of criminal cruelty to animals. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, ordered to pay a $500 fine, and barred from supervising or providing any direct care to livestock.

This year, in direct response to MFA’s investigation, pro-factory farm legislators in Idaho proposed an ag-gag bill designed to shield animal abusers like Jesus Garza from public scrutiny. If passed, SB 1337 would make it a crime to take photos or video at a factory farm without the owner’s permission. Luis Bettencourt, owner of Bettencourt Dairies, has been lobbying to pass this bill.

“This legislation is a desperate attempt to sweep evidence of animal cruelty and sexual abuse under the rug,” said MFA’s executive director, Nathan Runkle.

“Without Mercy For Animals’ investigation, sadistic animal abuse and sexual molestation would have gone on undetected, unaddressed and unpunished. Idaho has some of the weakest animal cruelty laws in the nation.

Lawmakers should be focusing on strengthening these pathetic laws, not silencing whistleblowers in an attempt to protect corrupt corporations.”

We must put a stop to this dangerous legislationClick here to sign the petition calling on Idaho governor Butch Otter to veto this dangerous bill.

Georgia Man Arested For Beheading And Stabbing Puppies

Comments Off on Georgia Man Arested For Beheading And Stabbing Puppies

“OMG…this POS must be mentally impaired, as no sane person would do such despicable things to innocent puppies! His name & picture need to be on any Animal Abuse Registers & on every shelter wall. I hope he rots in jail, where hopefully another inmate might show him more things one can do with a pair of scissors 🙂  (sorry some posts are outdated but I feel some stories need to be told; especially if it may help others by sharing an image of the offending party) My apologise to anyone who sent me stories to be posted & they haven’t been done yet, I’m splitting my time between so many different things, I’m meeting myself coming backwards!!”

By Eric W. Dolan – Tuesday, August 13, (No updates seen as yet)

A man in Cobb County, Georgia has been arrested for allegedly mutilating two puppies his neighbors gave him to watch.

Robert Williams Davis

Robert Williams Davis, 38, was arrested just before midnight on Saturday after police officers found the dogsdead bodies in a wooded area behind his house.

A 14-year-old neighbour of Davis had given him and his girlfriend the two pit bull puppies. A pit bull rescue group was going to pick the dogs up within a few days. But the neighbour, Tyler Tedesco, learned that Davis had killed the two puppies. He called 911.

“I saw that, I dropped what I was doing and just walked away. I couldn’t bear to see that because I raised those dogs,” Tedesco told WSBTV.

Davis allegedly killed both puppies with a pair of scissors. Police said one dog was beheaded, while the other was stabbed in the throat. It is unclear why Davis killed the puppies.

“We all ran back to the house and cried. As soon as we saw it, it was something nobody wants to go through or see. And it’s really hard for all of us to know that somebody could even do that to a poor innocent animal,” Tedesco said.

Davis was charged with two counts of aggravated cruelty to animals and three counts of tampering with evidence. He is being held on $250,000 bond.

Advocates push for tougher animal cruelty laws

Comments Off on Advocates push for tougher animal cruelty laws

There was push for pets in Albany as part of the third annual Animal Advocacy Day. Supporters are calling for tougher animal cruelty laws. Our Megan Cruz tells us how that could mean a state registry of convicted animal abusers.

ALBANY, N.Y. — Five paws for Pearl!

“So affectionate, gets along great with our other dog and our kids. She’s just been a great addition,” said Susan Kittle. Her and her family adopted Pearl in December. They just wish it wasn’t under such awful circumstances. Pearl and two others had been found mutilated and left for dead on railroad tracks in Albany. One died. The other, Hudson, now lives with the Nashes.

“Too often you hear it on the news – dogs, cats, horses, all kinds of animals that are innocent,” said Rosemarie Nash. “They love you, they love you no matter what. Even with what he’s been through, Hudson still loves people.”

These two families joined lawmakers and hundreds of animal supporters Tuesday for the 3rd annual Animal Advocacy Day in Albany. Together they pushed to strengthen Buster’s Law – which made aggravated animal abuse a felony punishable by up to two years and a $5000 fine.

A lot of these animals literally don’t have a voice because they’ve been de-vocalized,” said Assemblyman Jim Tedisco. “A dog here today who was a breeder at a puppy mill, they cut his vocal chords so he wouldn’t bark and make noise so they could catch the inappropriate breeding taking place.”

Senator Greg Ball said, “We have seen that people who start with crimes like that move on to much worse crimes against neighbors, our families.”

Some examples: serial killers Jeffrey Dahmer, Ted Bundy, and David Berkowitz, also known as at “Son of Sam.”

“So these bills don’t just protect our furry friends, they’ll protect the larger community,” said Ball.

There’s close to 10 bills that Ball and Tedisco hope will make people pause before hurting our four-legged friends.

Tedisco said, “The state registry is probably most important. We have to identify those people who are doing this type of abuse, put them on a registry so they cannot own an animal anymore until a psychological evaluation and treatment.”

Now while Hudson and Pearl have found their happy ending, many abused animals do not. People at Tuesday’s event hope to get pass these measures before the end of the Legislative session.

“Keep these people off the streets so they don’t do it to any other animal or person,” said Richard Nash.

DiPietro Proposes Animal Abuse Registry

Comments Off on DiPietro Proposes Animal Abuse Registry

Assemblyman David DiPietro, R-East Aurora, has introduced legislation that would create an animal abuse registry and prevent those convicted of animal abuses from possessing, adopting, owning, purchasing or exercising control over any animal.

DiPietro introduced Assembly Bill 7363 to correspond with annual Animal Advocacy Day, which was observed Tuesday.

“On Animal Advocacy Day, we must ask ourselves; is there anything we can do for animals better than preventing further abuse?” DiPietro said. “If you are convicted of doing harm to an animal, you should be stripped of the opportunity to own animals. The abuse of animals is something we should strive to eliminate from our society, and I believe the best way to limit the cases is to prevent repeat offenders. I hope my colleagues in the Assembly will join me in protecting innocent animals.”

Aside from the creation of a registry, the bill would require animal shelters and pet dealers consult the registry before surrendering an animal to anyone. In order for a convicted animal abuser to regain the ability to own an animal, a court must decide on whether or not it is safe for the animal to be in the person’s possession.

New York State Animal Advocacy Day is a bipartisan event sponsored by Assemblyman Jim Tedisco and state Sen. Greg Ball in which members of the Assembly and Senate are brought together to protect animals from abuse.

Assembly Bill 7363 has been referred to the Assembly Agriculture Committee.

A Proposed Law Would Handle Animal Abusers Appropriately Without it: It’s A Judges Choice!

Comments Off on A Proposed Law Would Handle Animal Abusers Appropriately Without it: It’s A Judges Choice!

” Everybody should read this…especially those in the position of dealing with animals abusers!! I was always told ‘Prevention is better than cure’. So to prevent a crime in the future, one has to deal with the culprit in the here & now! But the Judicial system is not dealing with animal abusers/killers as they should…why not?”

“It would also help if there was a National Animal Abuse database!  Animal abusers could well be future killers…so stop with the ‘slap on the wrist & the suspended sentences’ they do jack shit to prevent the culprit committing future crimes…as is well known & documented. What is said here should apply to the whole world when it comes to dealing with animal abuse!!”

The man who is charged with setting fire to a cat in Bucks County must be severely punished for such a heinous crime (“Bucks man accused of burning cat can keep 2d,” Feb. 2). In addition, he must be prevented from having any contact with any other animals, even if it means depriving his son of another kitten that has been living in the home.

Animal abuse is an ominous sign. In Deadly Serious, which offers an FBI perspective on animal cruelty, Special Agent Alan Brantley recounted numerous profiles of violent criminals who had histories of animal abuse. From interviews with other agents, he found that about half of those in prison for murder had maimed and tortured animals while youths. And almost all serial killers abused animals as children.

The psychological literature is replete with major studies that have identified the animal/human violence link. When animals are abused, people are at risk. The man who kicks the dog is just warming up. Nine of 10 abusers are male. A batterer’s first victim is often a pet. Among the men involved in both animal and human violence, the most common charges were domestic violence and child abuse. These inseparable forms of abuse must be fought as one battle.

Animal abuse is a national tragedy. We suffer from a myopia regarding the far-reaching implication. The time for corrective measures is overdue. I would suggest a nationwide campaign aimed at treating animal abuse as the serious crime it is. Until the abusers are treated like the criminals they are, we won’t change society’s attitude about the unspeakable nature of this pernicious behaviour. Animal abuse is a warning sign to be heeded. It is not a trivial matter.

Brantley emphasizes the need for stronger anti-cruelty laws and more aggressive enforcement. In a survey commissioned by the Humane Society of the United States in 1997, more than 80 percent of the respondents favoured this concept.

Also, psychiatric intervention is fundamental. Animal cruelty may indicate a family in need of professional help. It may be a symptom of a deeply disturbed family.

The tangled web of animal abuse cannot be isolated. Eighteenth-century philosopher Immanuel Kant said, “He who is cruel to animals become hard also in his dealings with men.” Animal abuse often opens the door to persistent antisocial behaviour toward humans. One’s environment does not excuse this behaviour; it only explains it.

Now we have children killing children. Too often, these youngsters show early and prolific histories of animal abuse. Anthropologist Margaret Mead said, “One of the most dangerous things that can happen to a child is to kill or torture an animal and get away with it.” Stepping in at an early point may very well break the vicious cycle of family violence.

I would urge all Pennsylvanians to contact their state senators and urge passage of House Bill 709, which has already won unanimous approval in the House. The bill, now before the full Senate for a vote, would strengthen the state’s animal-cruelty law in two ways:

Anyone convicted of cruelty to a cat or dog for a second or subsequent time would be guilty of a third-degree misdemeanor, punishable by up to one year in jail and a $2,500 fine. Now, each cat- or dog-cruelty offence is considered a summary violation, punishable by up to 90 days in prison and a $300 fine.

Upon sentencing, the trial judge would be empowered to prohibit or limit the offender from owning, controlling or having custody of animals – or to prevent his or her employment in the business of animal care.

These restrictions could be imposed for the statutory maximum term of imprisonment applicable to the offence  even if the offender were sentenced to less than the full term. Now, such restrictions, as in the case of the Bucks County case, can be imposed by a judge only as a condition of bail.

This law would send another firm message that society will not tolerate animal abusers.

Bridget W. Irons lives in the Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia.

Judge postpones sentence in Irish bestiality case where woman died

Comments Off on Judge postpones sentence in Irish bestiality case where woman died

“WTF…it sickens me to know that these gluttonous savages are trawling the internet, searching for people to partake in diabolical & positively revolting act’s of bestiality; with their so-called pets!!”

“I’ll bet this wasn’t the first time the barbarous brute below, used the poor dog for his own prurient carnal gratification. But, I can’t understand why it was put down with ‘McDonnell’s’ consent? Unless it was on a vets advice, due to the trauma or internal damage the dog was subjected to…if it was then he needs to be convicted of animal abuse too. This is why we need an Animal Abuse Register!!”

“The Defence for this sadist even say’s ‘If the lady had not died’ there would be no charges…like it’s nothing out of the ordinary!! In which case, I can’t help but wonder how many animals are out there, being molested & as long as there is no injury…it’s all fxxxxxg dandy…Filthy miscegenation! “

“My God, that poor dog, I think I am relieved he was sent over Rainbow Bridge; where he can finally rest in peace, knowing the only hands that will touch him now are those that are kind & pure!”

A woman died at Sean McDonnell’s home after she had sex with his dog.

A JUDGE yesterday adjourned sentencing in a case in which evidence was given of the defendant’s interest in pornography and bestiality.

Seán McDonnell (58) pleaded guilty to one count of buggery with an animal, namely a German Shepherd-type dog, at his home on October 7th, 2008. It is believed to be the first case of its kind in an Irish court.

Evidence was given that he had arranged for a woman to have sex with his dog. He had met her on an internet chat room.

The woman – a 48-year-old separated mother from Co Limerick, who was not named in court – died in hospital hours after engaging in an act of bestiality with the animal.

Det Garda Pádraig O’Dwyer, Roxboro Road Garda station, accepted that while the woman and the dog engaged in an act of bestiality, no exact cause of death could be found.

“This is a very obscene case,” remarked Denis Vaughan Buckley, senior prosecution counsel, as he outlined the evidence.

He said McDonnell telephoned the emergency services from his house at Laurel Park, Patrickswell, Co Limerick. “The deceased had turned blue and was wearing unusual clothing,” he said.

Det Garda O’Dwyer said the accused accepted the woman had agreed, in an internet exchange, to have sex with the dog.

Evidence was given of blood, DNA and hair samples.

During a search at McDonnell’s home, gardaí discovered a computer “which confirmed the accused’s interest in bestiality”.

Mr Vaughan Buckley said the accused had posted 3,500 comments on bestiality forums. McDonnell’s computer also revealed multiple internet search hits for bestiality.

A computer, the property of the deceased, showed “extensive activity in pornography and bestiality websites”, Mr Vaughan Buckley said.

The dog was destroyed last week with McDonnell’s consent. Isobella Kennedy, defending, said: “My client would not have been prosecuted save for the lady in question passing away. The lady fully consented. There was no form of coercion or duress.”

Judge Carroll Moran described it as “a very unusual case” and adjourned sentencing to December 14th.

Cumbrian Man 25, Jailed For Child & Animal Porn

Comments Off on Cumbrian Man 25, Jailed For Child & Animal Porn

“Yet another sexual predator of the worst kind, these malevolent creatures have no thought or feeling for anyone or anything. They certainly have no empathy for little children; so harming animals is of no consequence to them. Many psychiatric reports state, that these depraved minds, start off by abusing animals.  Putting these perverts on the Sexual Register is of course warranted, children need the highest protection there is, nothing is more sacred than the innocence of a child!”

“Of course, animals need protecting too, sentient beings, voiceless, innocent, the perfect victims…they also need protecting from these corrupt & harmful degenerates. It is a well-known fact, the FBI now see the correlation between those who have abused animals, will usually turn to human victims. They probably set out in life on a very rough hard road, perhaps they were even abused themselves! If so, without help, their anger at being humiliated, touched, usually by a family member, stirs so much pent-up anger, that something blow’s; unfortunately animals are usually the closet thing at hand, & they won’t tell, which is perfect; to start with!”

“The poor voiceless animals are perfect to use, the family dog or cat can’t tell anyone! Therefore they are used as sexual instruments, for experimenting on, learning about pain levels & easy way’s to hurt them, without anyone noticing! Before long it becomes a habit, an addiction, but each time the pain they inflict on the animal will be worse than the last. The more fear & hurt they cause the animal, the better the abuser feels; almost empowered, through his own perverse actions, he will release his own anger & vengeful hatred he has of people & the world! It won’t be long before he kill’s an animal & the rush of excitement & adrenalin he get’s from it…means he is at his most dangerous!

“As the law stands, sadly Animal Abuse Registers are not mandatory in any Country! But I truly believe if they were, certain lives would not have been shattered; the police would have known about offenders & those offenders, knowing they were being watched; would be a great deterrent. Not only that, both the Sex Offenders List & the Animal Abuse Register could be synchronised, therefore flagging up potential names that have been added to both. A mirror image of the Sex offenders list, in fact it could be the Sex offenders list, but called the Animal Abuse Register…all the data would be the same on both registers, name, address, police records etc. but most importantly a picture of the abuser. If the database was shared throughout veterinary offices, animal shelters, anywhere where animals may turn up to be treated or adopted…if incorporated correctly, I’m sure, animal abusers would be caught; & perhaps a child’s life saved.

The police use the Sex offenders list to keep an eye on would be molesters etc. Why couldn’t the police use the same tactics to catch these degenerates with animals, convict them, give them a taste of Jail…then hopefully the offender would have been saved in time, before they turn to children…who knows!

“Did you know,  not all vets have to tell the police if they receive an animal they fear has been abused, depends where they live…that’s another area that need’s addressing. I would hope that most vets, out of a sense of duty, would involve the police in any case they were suspicious of!”

“There is absolutely nothing to lose by trying out Animal Abuse Registers. Animal abuse is a proven predictor of violent behaviour. The FBI considers past animal abuse not only as a predictor of human violence, but uses it when profiling serial killers.”

“One of the most dangerous things that can happen to a child is to kill or torture an animal and get away with it.” -Anthropologist Margaret Mead”

A man who downloaded and stored videos and more than 1,500 indecent images of child and animal pornography featuring “real exploitation of the grossest form” has been sent to prison.

Samuel William Clark, 25, of Salterbeck Drive, Workington, pleaded guilty to all 26 charges, including three of possessing images of the highest severity and two of possessing extreme pornography videos featuring animals.

On June 25 of this year police executed a search warrant and seized a laptop, computer and mobile phone belonging to Clark, as well as a number of storage disks.

They discovered more than 1,500 images that Clark had downloaded from file sharing programmes and internet searches.

Defence barrister Greg Hoare said that Clark downloaded and viewed the images “because he was getting bored” and that he was not aroused by them.

The images included pornography of severity levels one to five of children under 13, severity levels one to five of children under 16, and several videos.

Sentencing, Judge Paul Batty said told Clark: “The material featured exploitation of children, some under the age of five. “Certain people should just be extinguished”

It was real exploitation of the grossest form.

“Unusually, you had gone to the trouble of downloading a considerable amount of it onto disks and that is an added aspect. “He was probably planning to sell them”

“The fact that you were in possession of extreme pornography, the likes of which many people will never have viewed, means I am unable to suspend the prison sentence.”

Clark was sentenced to 12 months in prison, given a sexual prevention order for an indefinite term to prevent him having access to the internet, prohibited from having unsupervised contact with anyone under 16, disqualified from working with children and put on the sex offenders register for 10 years. “Where is the ‘ Not allowed to own animals’??
