A WESTON man has been jailed for possessing more than 11,000 indecent images of children, as well as images of bestiality.

David Page, of Woodpecker Drive, pleaded guilty to 16 charges of making indecent photographs of a child, one of possessing an indecent photograph of a child and two charges of possessing an extreme pornographic image of active intercourse with an animal.

Bristol Crown Court heard on Tuesday the 46-year-old’s computer had been seized when a warrant was obtained in May last year and a number of images and video files were found. The images and movies varied in ratings for the most serious child sex images – with animal abuse being the highest category.

A total of 11,816 images were found on his computer – varying from level one to five, and 122 movie files, varying from level one to four.

Nadeem Aullybocus, mitigating, said Page suffered ‘significant stress’ when he lost his job.

 He said: “He started viewing normal pornography and does not understand how he progressed on to these images. It became a culture of clicking and saving, not viewing it for very long.

“He feels ashamed to meet his family members and he has an elderly mother who relies on him day to day.

“He has also had to deal with personal difficulties; he suffers from some hearing loss and type two diabetes. He also uses a device which helps him breathe at night. He deeply regrets his actions.” “Oh boo hoo, is that supposed to make us feel sorry for him? No excuse in the world for committing child or animal abuse!”

Page was sentenced to 11 months in prison and ordered to sign on to the sexual offenders register for 10 years. He was also given a sexual offences prevention order for 10 years.

Man Charged With Possessing Pornographic Images of Bestiality

“Yet another pervert who is not content with harming animals to satisfy his lust, he indulges with children too! Seriously, I’ve thought about this a lot…we don’t need animal abuse registers, just add another page to the Paedophile Register; put their names on that. Seems it is often the case, where many who partake in the disgusting sick act of bestiality or enjoy abusing & hurting animals are one way or another, at some point in their sick lives; involved with criteria that means they are, or should be; put on the Paedophile Register!

A South Godstone man has appeared in court charged with 12 offences.

Bryan Vincent Thornhill, of Langham Road, is charged with five charges of possessing pornographic images of bestiality with a dog or horse, which was “grossly offensive, disgusting or otherwise of an obscene character”.

He is also charged with one count of possessing an extreme pornographic image.

He is also charged with six further offences which were engaging in a sexual act, while in the presence of a child under the age of 13, for sexual gratification.

Thornhill, 59, pleaded not guilty to all counts at Guildford Crown Court today (Friday).

He was released on conditional bail, with conditions not to contact directly or indirectly a named child, or to go within 50m of a named school – unless agreed by social services.

He will next appear at the same court on October 21.

Physiotherapist Anthony Donoghue Jailed For Keeping Bestiality And Child Abuse Images

A pervert physiotherapist kept films and pictures of him and a woman engaging in sex acts with animals and also downloaded hundreds of child abuse images, a court heard.

The bestiality clips and photos, involving a labrador retriever and horses, dated back several years when such pornography was not illegal.

They were discovered after police raided Anthony Donoghue’s home at Sturmer Court in Kings Hill – along with more than 1,400 child sex abuse images.

Jailing the 54-year-old father for eight months, a judge branded the animal films as “really quite remarkably nasty”.

Judge Charles Macdonald QC added: “They were not criminal when made in 2004 but they are extraordinarily degrading and they were kept for no intelligible reason.”

Donoghue, now of Crawley, West Sussex, admitted six charges of possessing indecent photos of children, two of making them, one of distributing and one of possessing extreme pornography.

Maidstone Crown Court heard how using the name Peter Adams, he in March last year was in contact with a man on a gay website and arranged to meet him and “some other pervy mates”.

 Bridget Todd, prosecuting, said Donoghue sent the other man pictures of adults engaging in sex or “extreme activity”. He also sent one of a child aged five or six who he claimed he knew.

“He felt uncomfortable about what he had been sent and called the police,” said Miss Todd.

Officers went to Donoghue’s home on March 23 last year and arrested him. Computers, a camcorder and video tapes were seized. There were 66 extreme images.

Jan Hayne, defending, said Donoghue had been frank about his offending and sought treatment.

“What was not at the root of his offending was high risk sexual behaviour,” she said. “He would not behave in that manner again. He is essentially a good man.”

Miss Hayne said the majority of the images had been deleted and there were only 64 “live” pictures.

Submitting a suspended sentence could be imposed, she added: “He is an intelligent man. He appears to have lost everything.”

Judge Macdonald said sex acts with horses in a field at night took place as a precursor to sex with his female partner.

“You have lost your job,” he told Donoghue. “There is nothing which will lead me to suspend the sentence.”

Donoghue’s name will appear on the sex offenders’ register for 10 years.

A Ravenswood man admitted to possessing more than 2,500 videos and images of child pornography—some with children as young as one.

The announcement came Friday afternoon from the Cook County Sheriff’s office.

Seamus Webb, 51, was arrested Thursday and charged with four felonies for disseminating and possessing child pornography. Police said the images included bestiality and bondage of minors.

Cook County Sheriff’s Police Child Exploitation Unit found Webb in his apartment on the 1600 block of West Carmen Ave and arrested him without incident.

The arrest occurred after police received a search warrant based on information from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, police said. Officers confiscated several computers and other items.

The charges—all class X felonies—include aggravated child pornography, dissemination; aggravated child pornography possession; child pornography, possession of pictures; child pornography possession of movies.

Bond for Webb was set at $100,000. His next court date is scheduled for April 11.

 Child pornography charges against a Nova Scotia photographer has been dismissed because police took too long to examine his computer.

However, New Glasgow resident Earle MacDonald is now accused of a different sex crime.

Police seized MacDonald’s photography equipment and computers in Feb. 2011.

He was charged with possessing, accessing and distributing child pornography four months later.

The computers were sent to a police lab for a full analysis, but it took 15 months before the forensic report was ready.

The courts say that is simply too long and today Nova Scotia’s Internet Prosecution team dismissed the charges due to unreasonable delay.

“But really this was a matter of, not if this could happen, but when this was going to happen,” says Crown attorney Craig Botterill.

“This is just the symptom of the growing pains in this particular field of law enforcement. The proliferation of Internet crimes against children is something we’re all struggling with keeping up with.”

Botterill says police resources have increased since the charges were laid and this kind of decision should not happen again.

MacDonald offered little comment as he left the Pictou courtroom Thursday, but his lawyer says the judge’s message to the police lab is clear.

“When computers are sent to them for analysis, they must deal with it,” says Rob Sutherland.

MacDonald was issued a stay of proceedings on the child pornography charges just before the hearing Thursday morning.

However, he was also charged with an additional offence – one count of bestiality.

“The language of the charge itself alleges that this was sex between the accused and a dog,” says Botterill.

MacDonald is due back in court Dec. 17 to answer to the bestiality charge.

Cumbrian Man 25, Jailed For Child & Animal Porn

“Yet another sexual predator of the worst kind, these malevolent creatures have no thought or feeling for anyone or anything. They certainly have no empathy for little children; so harming animals is of no consequence to them. Many psychiatric reports state, that these depraved minds, start off by abusing animals.  Putting these perverts on the Sexual Register is of course warranted, children need the highest protection there is, nothing is more sacred than the innocence of a child!”

The police use the Sex offenders list to keep an eye on would be molesters etc. Why couldn’t the police use the same tactics to catch these degenerates with animals, convict them, give them a taste of Jail…then hopefully the offender would have been saved in time, before they turn to children…who knows!

A man who downloaded and stored videos and more than 1,500 indecent images of child and animal pornography featuring “real exploitation of the grossest form” has been sent to prison.

Samuel William Clark, 25, of Salterbeck Drive, Workington, pleaded guilty to all 26 charges, including three of possessing images of the highest severity and two of possessing extreme pornography videos featuring animals.

On June 25 of this year police executed a search warrant and seized a laptop, computer and mobile phone belonging to Clark, as well as a number of storage disks.

They discovered more than 1,500 images that Clark had downloaded from file sharing programmes and internet searches.

Defence barrister Greg Hoare said that Clark downloaded and viewed the images “because he was getting bored” and that he was not aroused by them.

The images included pornography of severity levels one to five of children under 13, severity levels one to five of children under 16, and several videos.

Sentencing, Judge Paul Batty said told Clark: “The material featured exploitation of children, some under the age of five. “Certain people should just be extinguished”

“Unusually, you had gone to the trouble of downloading a considerable amount of it onto disks and that is an added aspect. “He was probably planning to sell them”

“The fact that you were in possession of extreme pornography, the likes of which many people will never have viewed, means I am unable to suspend the prison sentence.”

Clark was sentenced to 12 months in prison, given a sexual prevention order for an indefinite term to prevent him having access to the internet, prohibited from having unsupervised contact with anyone under 16, disqualified from working with children and put on the sex offenders register for 10 years. “Where is the ‘ Not allowed to own animals’??

“The link between child pornography & bestiality, has long been known. Most of the worlds well-known serial rapists, child abusers, abductors or murderer’s; started off in life, abusing small animals etc. So why is it that sexual predators have their names put on a Sex Offenders list, for the police to keep tabs on; & inform the public that a sexual predator may be living along the same street…Yet there is no such compulsory Animal Abuse Registry’s? Surely it would make sense to have the names of those who have been charged with animal abuse, torture or bestiality, on such a list… first wouldn’t it? Not only for the police to keep tabs on but also for animal shelters etc. to cross reference anyone wanting to adopt a pet! I can’t help but wonder if such registry’s were in force, would it have stopped any of the above heinous crimes?

But when does just looking , turn into something more sinister? What turns them from viewers to doers? A man found with more than 400 images of child pornography and bestiality was told his crimes were “a matter of shame”.

Dennis Campbell, of King Street, Aspatria, heard the comments at while being sentenced in Carlisle Crown Court.

He had pleaded guilty to 18 different charges. Three were for possessing extreme pornography, the others for making indecent images of children.

Police in Germany passed details of people using a website containing child pornography, including Campbell, to British officers last year.

Campbell was questioned in June 2011 and three computers in his home were searched.

Officers found a variety of images graded from one to five, with five being the most extreme. Two of these were level five images, 22 at level four, 43 at level three, 40 at level two and 263 at level one.

Police also found 54 images of bestiality which Tim Evans, prosecuting, described as “of the most deeply upsetting kind”.

Mr Evans told the court Campbell claimed to have found the images by accident while browsing mainstream pornography on the internet and looked at the images of bestiality out of curiosity.

“It must have definitely been continuing curiosity to look at 54 of these sorts of images,” he told the court.

Judge Peter Hughes, presiding, said: “It is a matter of shame that, at the age of 60, you should be before the court for such foul offence.” “You don’t get to his age & suddenly start this behaviour. This pervert will have been at it, long before he was caught…I wonder how many poor innocent souls he has had his filthy hands on…be it human or animal!

Campbell, who appeared in court wearing a grey jacket, dark trousers, blue jumper and shirt and tie, was sentenced to a 36-month concurrent community order and ordered to complete a sex offenders treatment plan.“Does this plan contain anything to do with bestiality? 

He also has to sign the sex offenders register for five years and has been banned from owning equipment to access the internet. “This is where the Animal Abuse Registry comes in...the animals deserve some kind of protection”

Prosecutor’s Can’t Charge FL Man for Having Sex with Dog

“What a despicable little man, one who poses a very real threat to children & animals but will be walking free soon I feel…How utterly disgusting, any move made on any animal is abuse, sod the bloody position etc. Shame it wasn’t the way I was thinking, as the dog could have bit his fishing tackle off & done the world a favour! I would suggest they get the law loophole closed & fast!”

Having sex with a dog can be a crime in Florida, but it depends on the type of sex.

Eric Antunes was accused of possessing child pornography. Acting on a tip, Clearwater police investigated the man and found the porn on his computer, reports The Tampa Bay Times.

Antunes admitted to downloading and watching the child porn, but when police searched his cell phone and other belongings, they made a discovery that was equally disgusting.

On his cell phone were allegedly six pictures of Antunes performing oral sex acts with Ruby. Ruby is the three-legged dog owned by Antunes’ girlfriend, Katerina Williamson. Almost as shocking as the pictures, must have been the fact that Antunes had a girlfriend.

As a result, the Pinellas-Pasco State Attorney’s Office thought about pursing animal cruelty charges against Antunes in addition to the child porn charges. However, because of a strange loophole in the new Florida bestiality law, prosecutors decided not to pursue these charges.

In 2011, Florida Legislature passed a bill that outlawed bestiality and made it a first degree misdemeanor. However, the law only applies to conventional sex, and not oral sex, reports the Times. So under current Florida law, someone is allowed to have oral sex with an animal, just not conventional sex.

Eric Antunes is alleged to be one disgusting dude. Along with child porn, he was also nearly charged with a sex with dog crime. Given a loophole in Florida bestiality law, Antunes will avoid the animal cruelty charges. However, he still faces felony counts of possessing child porn.

Pervert Dad to be sentenced for sex with kids & family dog

“If there is one thing I can’t abide more than animal abuse, it’s child abuse!. I hope the bastard never gets to look at another female, never mind walk the streets ever again…He took away a child’s innocence, that can not be returned nor ever forgotten, those poor kids will live with this for the rest of their lives. EDMONTON — The Crown is seeking an 18-to-20-year prison term for an Edmonton-area man who repeatedly sexually abused children – including his own son and daughter – over 10 years.

However, his betrayed ex-wife wants a different kind of sentence, saying in her victim impact statement that he robbed the children of “their innocence” and “destroyed” their lives and she hopes he “rots in hell forever.”

The sex offender‘s son also slammed his father in his victim impact statement, calling him a “sick, perverted man” and saying he was “never going to call him dad again.”

The 41-year-old man, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the victims, has pleaded guilty to multiple counts of sexual interference and inviting sexual touching, as well as charges for child pornography, incest, unlawful confinement, administering a stupefying drug, bestiality and using a whip in a sexual assault.

Crown prosecutor Diane Hollinshead compared the man to a “spider inviting insects to come into his home” while telling court the man had been in a high position of trust over the “vulnerable” victims and had abused that trust.

Hollinshead argued it was aggravating that there were multiple young victims, the sexual abuse went over an extended period and the man had encouraged other adults, including a neighbour, to participate.

“This offender has offended non-stop,” said Hollinshead. “He is about as serious an offender as you can get.”

Defence lawyer Mark Facundo conceded his client had done “terrible things to children,” but argued the sentence proposed by the Crown would be crushing.

He suggested a prison term of between nine and 10 years. “How about life, seeing as he took those kids normal life from them”!

Facundo told court it was mitigating that the man had pleaded guilty and spared his victims from having to testify and said he himself had been abused as a child.

According to agreed facts, the man sexually abused his daughter when she was between six and 16 and his son when he was between 10 and 15. As well, he showed them porn and directed them to have sex with each other.

The other victims were the daughter of a girlfriend, who was abused when she was 10 to 12, and two daughters of a fiancee, one that was 13 and one that was a young adult.

Court heard the man bought the 13 year old two sex outfits and once gave her some sleeping pills mixed in alcohol. As well, there was the use of whips and other sex toys, sexual activity with the family dog and he made her have sex with a male friend of his.

The man made the 20-year-old daughter wear a leather suit and would tell her he was the master and she had to obey him. He also punished her by chaining her to a bed with a dog collar, chains and locks around her neck.

Court heard the man was arrested in May 2010 after police learned of the abuse and thousands of child porn images and videos were found on the man’s computer.

He is slated to be sentenced on June 27.

Man, 29, who worked for animal shelter ‘took pictures of himself having sex with girlfriend’s dog’

A man who worked for an animal shelter has been arrested after allegedly taking photographs of himself having sex with his girlfriend’s dog.

Eric Antunes, 29, was found at his home after police in Clearwater, Florida were given a tip he was in possession of child pornography.

He was at home when they arrived and ‘admitted to downloading and viewing child pornography from his home computer’, police said.

He allowed detectives to search his hard drive and they uncovered nine photos and one video of child pornography, according to police.

‘Several images of bestiality’ were also found on his mobile phone, authorities told the Tampa Bay Times.

Clearwater police spokeswoman Elizabeth Watts said the photos showed Antunes with a pit bull, owned by his girlfriend Katerina Williamson.

Ms Williams is the medical director of the Pinellas Humane Society, where Antunes also worked.

Twila Cole from the Humane Society told the Times Antunes was employed on a limited basis as a contract worker at the Clearwater shelter. 

She added that he mainly worked in maintenance and other people were present when he had access to animals.

‘He was never on the property working unsupervised,’ she said.

But Mike Eagle, who worked with dogs at the shelter, said Antunes was in charge of caring and walking dogs that had been abused.

Eagle described Antunes as ‘strange’ and called his alleged actions ‘sick’, adding: ‘I didn’t see anything like that.’

Antunes was charged with 10 counts of possessing of child pornography.

 Police also referred an animal cruelty charge to the Pasco-Pinellas State Attorney’s Office for prosecution.

Watts added that the dog is now with Antunes’s girlfriend and that the animal welfare authorities would be notified of the incident.

Police added that his girlfriend was not aware of the pictures until officers showed her.
