“At last, a Judge who actually cares enough about animals, to use the powers given to him; to encaserate this sick bxxxxxd!! Lets just hope Judge Timothy Hicks, uses his influence & balls, to put this depraved repugnant pig, who is a fourth time offender; behind bars for the maximum number of years possible! This is yet another case which points out the obvious…these rancorous reprobates, can’t be cured, don’t want to be cured & will re-offended; given the opportunity…so judges should be making sure these repulsive sickos are not given the convenience to re-offend so easily!!

Animals do not have a voice, they cannot give consent before a human has sex with them; therefore it is rape! Raping an animal is yet another valid reason, why every state & city should be setting up Animal Abuse Registers! Just as Peodophile Registers are used, police can cross reference names & keep tabs on animal rapists, abusers etc. Animal charities such as the ASPCA, RSPCA etc. can use the Register to check names of job applicants or before adopting out animals. History has proven many times, that some offenders start a life of crime by abusing or raping animals, then turn predator to human victims. So…FFS…what more proof do the powers that be need; before they get Animal Abuse Registers implemented ASAP??

A convicted sex offender from Michigan has been sentenced to one-to-15 years in a state prison for repeatedly having sex with dogs.

Kurtis Peterson learned his fate on Monday when Judge Timothy Hicks went above state sentencing guidelines to keep the repeat offender in a controlled environment to prevent him from re-offending.

Under state guidelines, Peterson would have been sentenced to time in a county jail and probation, but because he had already served 321 days behind bars, Peterson would have been released almost immediately.

Silent victims

The 37-year-old Muskegon man pleaded no contest last March to ‘the abominable and detestable crime against nature,’ also known as sodomy or bestiality, and charged as a fourth-time habitual offender.

Peterson’s attorney, Belinda Barbier, said in court that her client has serious mental health issues that require long-term counseling, and the judge agreed that the defendant has ‘pretty low cognitive ability.’

However, experts at the Michigan Center for Forensic Psychiatry earlier examined Peterson and determined that he was sane while sexually abusing the animals, and he was competent to stand trial.

The first incident involving Peterson took place April 2010 at his apartment at 230 Amity Avenue in Muskegon when he was caught kneeling naked behind his blue heeler on his bed, having sex with the pet, according to testimony by an eyewitness cited by MLive.com.

In early June, the same witness said she walked in on a naked Peterson apparently having sex with a white pit bull on the floor of his living room. The 37-year-old man was arrested a short time after the second incident.

Silent victims

Testifying at a preliminary hearing about the April incident, the witness, Joyce Yeaw, said Peterson told her he was ‘just hugging his dog,‘ but the woman said it looked like a lot more than an embrace between an owner and his pooch.

Yeaw testified that she and a friend stopped by Peterson’s home to return car keys they had borrowed from his roommate when they caught him in the act. She said she called 911, but no arrest was made until June.

‘He was having sex with the dog,’ Yeaw said in court at the time. ‘It was disgusting.‘

Muskegon police detective Peter Boterenbrood, who interviewed Peterson after the June incident, said that Peterson told him he was ‘just playing with the dog’ in April, but he became sexually aroused from accidental contact with the animal’s rear.

Court records show that Peterson was convicted of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct in 1996 in Allegan County, and in 2010 for carrying a concealed weapon and making a false report of a felony.

A couple who pleaded guilty to using Craigslist to find a dog for the wife to have sex with has been sentenced to probation in a twisted case of bestiality.

Shane Walker, 38, and his wife Sarah Dae Walker, 33, of San Tan Valley, Arizona appeared in court on Thursday to face charges of conspiracy to commit bestiality after soliciting an undercover deputy for the use of his golden shepherd in June.

The couple, who had an admitted open marriage, were arrested alongside the wife’s lover Robert Aucker, 26, after the trio made plans to meet with the dog and its owner at a Mesa Quality Inn.

Sarah Walker was sentenced to 24 months of supervised probation with her husband ordered 18 months under the same beastiality charge. “Pathetic, this pair will be at it again as soon as they can..but next time they will be more careful…this sentence definitely isn’t going to them!”

Both are also prohibited from owning or caring for any animals. “Suppose we should be grateful for that, they going to watch them 24/7? Now if their names were on an Animal Abuse Register, which shelters could check, before handing over pets to anyone…some of these animal crimes could have been averted! It would contain all the details the Sex Offender list would have, so it would be easy to implement, just change the title & get it put in shelters, pounds, sanctuary’s…anywhere that animals are passed to the public.!”

Mr Walker, who was a flight attendant at the time of his arrest, expressed his grief over the incident that he says caused him to lose his job and has laid a sheet of embarrassment on his family. “Good, its the best thing to come out of this…I hope you can never walk down the road without people calling you a sadistic pervert! I hope the whole town you live in, sends you to Coventry…they needn’t bother moving either, because they will still be recognised…why do you think I add pictures of reprobates on this blog…so the whole world will know who you are & see you for what you are truly like…obscene, rancorous & vile reprobates! “

‘If I could turn back time, I wish I could, I can’t so I’m trying to move forward in my life,’ he told the judge according to KPHO.

Mr Walker told the judge that his wife checked into a behavioural institute right after their arrest. “If a parent has to be admitted into such a clinic, one has to question, should they have access to children? After all, most monsters who are into bestiality; end up having a life of crime, abusing children being one of those crimes!”.

The Walkers posted a Craigslist ad on February 7 titled, ‘Wife looking for K9’, according to Maricopa County Superior Court records.

During a number of email exchanges between the couple and the detective, Dae offered sexual favors and they agreed to meet at the Quality Inn in Mesa, which is where they were arrested.

Court records state that Dae, a photographer, admitted to detectives she told both her husband and Aucker she wanted a dog to have sex with her. “SICK”

The trio had been hoping to meet the owner of a Golden Shepherd having spent three weeks corresponding with her over the use of the dog. “The dog is a living sentient being with feelings, they didn’t stop to think about the trauma the poor thing would face, nor the damage. My God, imagine if they had their own family dog, I dread to think about that scenario! Cases like this prove we need Animal Abuse Registers, to run alongside the Sex Offenders List. Shelters need to know that any animal going out the door is going to a loving family who will only treat it as a dog!”

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said: ‘People who do this for enjoyment are a different breed, that’s for certain.‘ “Totally agree with him, they are borderline nefarious, vile & depraved, Jail is too good for them!”

Arpaio, who is known as the toughest sheriff in America over his stand against illegal immigration, said the Walkers had described themselves as ‘swingers’.

According to the arrest report Aucker said he had been involved with Dae for a month and she had expressed her desire to have sex with a dog.

Expected to find dog in hotel

Last year Sheriff Arpaio wrote to Craigslist CEO Jim Buckmaster after the arrest of two people for using the website to solicit dogs for sex.

Arpaio asked for closer monitoring of the site, but said after the latest arrest: ‘I remain extremely disappointed in the leadership at Craigslist.com for refusing to do what they can to stop this.

‘While they aren’t doing anything to stop it, I will continue to enforce all animal cruelty laws.’ “WE need one of him in every state, Town & Country. Someone who believes in firm punishment, not a weak slap on the wrist.

“I suppose 30 months jail is better than 3 months, although, still not good enough for his heinous crime! Plus non ownership of pets for 2o years! It will be the non ownership of a pet that will actually save another from being beaten! As for ‘Anger management classes etc. it’s just a waste of tax payers money…I posted a story the other week, were the guy had to have several sessions in anger management, which he duly did…but it wasn’t long before he was abusing dogs again!”

A Des Plaines man pleaded guilty today to animal cruelty charges for beating a dog outside his house in June.

James Robert Wesolaski, 51, was sentenced to 30 months prison and ordered not to own a pet or live in a residence with any animal for 20 years.

Wesolaski, of the 1100 block of South Wolf Road, entered a guilty plea on felony animal torture and cruelty charges for pinning his small brown dog to the ground in front of his home in early June and punching the dog four or five times as hard as he could, prosecutors said.

After the beating ended, witnesses reported, Wesolaski picked up the limp dog by the scruff of his neck and took it inside, prosecutors said.

Police, called to the home by witnesses, found the dog with swollen, bleeding eyes and broken capillaries, which authorities said indicated the animal had been choked.

They said that Wesolaski told police that he was having a bad day and beat the dog because it got outside. Police took the dog, along with two others inside the home, to Northwest Animal Hospital in Des Plaines, where they were treated. Wesolaski was bleeding from apparent dog bites on his hand and face when officers arrived, authorities said.

Authorities also said Wesolaski’s June arrest violated his probation from an incident earlier this year in which he admitted to trying to wrest a Taser from a police officer.

Wesolaski did not speak during today’s hearing at the Skokie Courthouse other than to say understood the plea deal. He has been jailed since his arrest.

Judge Lauren Edidin told Wesolaski that his 20-year ban on having a pet is “a very serious part of this agreement.”

The judge also advised Wesolaski to get anger-management counseling and treatment for alcohol abuse.

The beaten dog, a Lhasa Apso named Teddy, has made a full recovery. Teddy and Wesolaski’s other two dogs have been adopted into new homes, Cook County prosecutors said.
