Homeless Fresno Man Beaten And His Dog Killed

Comments Off on Homeless Fresno Man Beaten And His Dog Killed

“Please if anybody knows anything about this, contact the police! These gangs must be punished for what they do; mocking a homeless person is one thing, beating them & killing their dog is another! If they can kick a dog to death, what else are they capable of? I would like to bet if they own dogs, then their dogs suffer from their abusive behaviour too! Young people like this if not reprimanded now will grow up to have no respect for any life; they will probably kill again, it’s in their nature; they are void of feelings when killing!! So if you know something & don’t own up (you can do it anonymously), then another death may be on your conscience. Video included in link below!”

Tuesday, January 07, 2014 –

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — Fresno police arrested two teenagers accused of beating up a 45-year-old homeless man and killing his small dog.

Police arrested 18-year-old Alejandro Lopez and a 16-year-old male after they were identified by the victim. Police suspect both are gang members.

Police say the victim is a 45-year-old homeless man who was walking through the parking lot of the Mosqueda Community Center in Southeast Fresno before 10:00 p.m. Monday.

Lt Jose Garza with the Fresno Police Department says officers don’t know the victim’s encounter with the group of teens turned violent.

“For gang members they really don’t need a reason to victimize people, they do it, that’s what they do,” Garza said. “They surrounded him and started kicking knocked him to the ground.

Garza said they started yelling out their gang before they started their assault. Garza also said the man had a backpack. The man’s dog, a terrier-mix named Snoopy, was in the backpack. Garza said the teens turned their attention to the man’s pet.

“They took the dog out of the backpack and repeatedly kicked the dog and ended up killing it,” he said.

Garza said there were two teenager women with the group of attackers who took pity on the victim, who helped him up and told him to run.

The victim ran to a convenience store down the street, at the corner of E. Butler Ave. and S. Maple Ave.

The store clerk told Action News he remember seeing the man frantic in the parking lot, telling customers that he had been attacked and his dog was dead. The clerk said the man was able to flag down a police car that was stopped at the traffic light.

Police say the victim is fine and refused treatment. He was released at the scene.

Officers believe there were five or six people involved in the attack. They are asking the public’s help in finding the rest.

The suspects in custody are facing charges of assault with a deadly weapon and cruelty towards animals.

Forest Grove Man Indicted For Aggravated Animal Abuse: Killed Family Dog

Comments Off on Forest Grove Man Indicted For Aggravated Animal Abuse: Killed Family Dog

“He looks a heartless bastard doesn’t he? well they all do; if you’ve taken any notice!! I hope this cruel pig gets jail time for killing the family dog in such a heinous way, just because it defecated on the carpet!! Why did the family not report the incident until after 2 days had passed, I bet there was domestic abuse too!”

A Washington County man Friday was in court charged with animal abuse for killing the family dog.

On December 1, 2012, Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to 1107 Nichols Lane in Forest Grove. It was reported that two days earlier Michael Burns, 45, killed the family’s Golden Retriever.

Investigators learned that Burns had an altercation with the dog inside the house and cut the dog’s throat with a knife.

A family member contacted the Sheriff’s Office to report the incident. Deputies began collecting evidence and interviewing people with knowledge of the incident.

On December 8, 2012, deputies arrested Mr. Burns and charged him with First Degree Aggravated Animal Abuse.

Today, a Washington County Grand Jury indicted Michael Burns on First Degree Aggravated Animal Abuse, First Degree Animal Abuse, and Second Degree Animal Neglect.

Burns will remain out of custody and has a pre-trial court date set for February 4, 2013. “I will keep you updated on this!”

Dog Tortured To Death In Sickening New Year Stunt

Comments Off on Dog Tortured To Death In Sickening New Year Stunt

“Not sure about animal laws in Siberia, but I hope when they find the bastards they do to them, what they did to the dog…then throw cold water over their naked bodies & leave them outside for a couple of nights in freezing temperatures…heartless cowards…where are the parents? Where’s the Animal Control Society that is going to deal with this?”

A shocking image of a tortured dog – killed after being tied to a rope and pulled by a car around a village – has appalled Siberians.

The helpless animal, alive at the start of this deplorable stunt, was tethered by the front feet and pulled at speed behind a silver coloured Toyota Corolla car over snow covered streets

Bloggers have united in a bid to identify the twisted killers and bring them to justiceThe dog died in a sickening New Year prank in Severniy, a suburb of Novosibirsk, say reports. “What sort of sick imbecile does this? I am sure they are born without that part of the brain that controls sympathy, empathy, right & bloody wrong!”

The helpless animal, alive at the start of this deplorable stunt, was tethered by the front feet and pulled at speed behind a silver coloured Toyota Corolla car over snow covered streets. At the time, the temperature in Novosibirsk was around minus 25C. “Novosibirsk is the  third most populous city in Russia after Moscow and St. Petersburg and the most populous city in Asian Russia”

After the dog was killed, the drunkards cut the rope and proudly took the picture of their victim. “Fxxxxxg Dick Heads, heartless cowards who have to be caught”

It is not known if the animal was a household pet or a stray dog – but the revolting treatment it was subjected to has resulted in a web appeal to identify and shame those responsible. “It matters not whether this dog was a pet or stray, these shit heads need catching & dragged round on the ice with no clothes on until their dicks fall off!”

The image emerged on 4 January, two days after the act of torture, and was going viral on Russian social sites.

‘We are searching for witnesses’ said one posting.

‘Yesterday, 2 January, at approximately 10 pm, some bast***s were driving around Severniy village, dragging the dog tied with a rope to a car behind them. “So, what did you do? Obviously not try to stop them!”

‘The car is silver Toyota Corolla. We didn’t spot the number plate.’

Ironically, the horrific picture emerged on the same day that famous 77 year old Hollywood actress Brigette Bardot threatened to leave her native France and seek Russian citizenship over plans to put to death two elephants at a zoo in Lyon.

The elephants called Baby and Nepal have contracted tuberculosis.

If the powers that be have the cowardice and the shamelessness to kill Baby and Nepal, I have decided to take Russian nationality and quit this country that is nothing more an animal cemetery,’ she warned. “Good for her, I do like a women who is beautiful & strong when it comes to animals!”

In 2011 Bardot, a 1960s sex symbol, hailed Vladimir Putin – who this week granted Russian citizenship to actor Gerard Depardieu as ‘my favourite prime minister’ after he banned the import and export of harp seal skins.

But after the revelation of the dog picture, one posting from Irina Serebryanaya asked in disbelief: ‘And Brigette Bardot is going to move to Russia because of the elephants….?“Well she didn’t know some sick scummy bastards were going to do this, when she said it!”

Pyotr Markov wrote: ‘They are sadists, maniacs.’

Yevgeniya Yudintseva declared: ‘I feel sick. Dear God, poor creature!’

Man ‘Raped Multiple Miniature Horses & Killed The Barn Dog Trained To Protect Them’

Comments Off on Man ‘Raped Multiple Miniature Horses & Killed The Barn Dog Trained To Protect Them’

A woman is trying to catch a man she says broke into her barn on several occasions, sexually abused her miniature horses and then killed the guard dog they trained to protect them. “He has to be found before he commits any more heinous acts like this!”

Abby Conder, from Florida, said her miniature horse Joy – who she treats like one of her children – is traumatized and sustained life-threatening injuries after the man broke in and raped her in the recent attack – which have been taking place since May.

Mrs Conder said: ‘She had been severely brutalized, she had been raped both by a man and with several objects.

Owner: Abby Conder treats her horse Joy like one of her children and said she is deeply troubled by the spate of rapes performed on her prized horses

Pets: Abby Conder keeps a number of prized miniature horses in a barn outside her home and has recently installed CCTV footage to find the culprit

‘She had a large hematoma [sic] on the back and so bloody that she looked like her whole body had been put through a garbage disposal.’

The vet found bodily fluids inside the horse.

The Marion county sheriff investigators took a report but said they could not help unless the suspect was caught in the act.

The couple bought a dog to protect the horses but he was beaten to death as well.

Suspect: Mrs Conder is hoping someone will recognize the man in the video so they can catch him and put an end to the senseless attacks

Mrs Conder told Fox2‘We have to catch him in the act and then call the police. But we don’t want to die trying to protect our horses. The horse can’t fight, they don’t know to fight. They would go with anyone.

Trauma: Joy was severely brutalized and had been raped both by a man and with several objects, Mrs Conder said

I’ve never shot a gun in my life but if I catch this man in this barn taking out another one of my horses and he’s gonna traumatize this young horse and hurt her internally like he has my other horses, I will come down and I will kill him.’ “Good for you girl, just make sure you aim at his private parts, where it’s gonna hurt the most & hopefully stop this heinous pastime!”

The horse owners then installed surveillance and a live internet feed. On Saturday the man once again sneaked into the barn, took one of the horses outside and performed the same abuse.

Mrs Conder is hoping that someone will recognize the man from the CCTV footage and they can put a stop to these heinous acts.

In 2011, Florida passed a law banning sex with animals.

killed Puppy Case: Preston Odle & Levi Evans – Teens sentenced to community service

Comments Off on killed Puppy Case: Preston Odle & Levi Evans – Teens sentenced to community service

“I CAN’T FXXXXXG BELIEVE THIS…THESE 2 MURDERING BXXXXXD GET COMMUNITY SERVICE 100 HOURS PER YEAR FOR BRUTALLY STABBING & KILLING A ST.BERNARD PUPPY…was the Judge a friend of the family or what??? This can’t be right…Let me remind you of what they did….

“I believe it started out by them kicking the dog and breaking its ribs, then one of them stood on its head and pressed it into the ground,” said Chief Randal Walker of the Dresden Police Dept.

Officers said they believe Preston Odle, 18, and Levi Evans, 19, tortured a puppy for fun, making this case even more shocking for residents.

”The puppy’s mouth was wired shut, then they put wire around the dogs neck and pulled over a tree limb and pulled it up in the air trying to choke it that way,” said Walker.”

Officers said the brutality did not stop there, according to a statement that was made by one of the boys. Police said Odle then decided to stab the puppy in the back with a knife, which makes this the worst case of animal cruelty in Dresden to date. Residents said they are outraged.
” They don’t understand. It’s pretty sickening, ya know to mistreat an animal like that,” admitted Walker.”

“You tell me, is that sentence enough for what they did? 4 hours they tortured that little puppy…their not kids…something stinks here…someone been getting back-handed payments or what??? I truly am so fxxxxxg angry…I cried myself to sleep the night I posted this, I couldn’t get the images out of my head, how that poor baby must have suffered! “

DRESDEN, TN-  Outside the Weakley County Courthouse 25 people gathered early Thursday morning.

Levi Evans

They wore buttons with the picture of a 4-month-old St. Bernard puppy and t-shirts emblazoned with his image.

They carried signs reading, ‘There is no excuse for animal abuse.’  The group ‘Justice For Puppy Doe’ was hoping the ‘justice’ they had spent 6 months fighting for was just minutes away.

It was the day Preston Odle, 18, and Levi Evans, 19, would be sentenced.  In September, the pair plead guilty to animal abuse charges.  They admitted they had beaten and stabbed the stray dog to death.

Inside the courtroom, their lawyers did not make excuses.

Lane Unger, representing Preston Odle told the judge, “It was incredibly stupid what they did.”

PrestonOdle

Both teens wrote letters that their lawyers read.

On behalf of his client, Levi Evans, Robert Kinton read in part, “My behavior was extremely inappropriate, immature, and lacked any respect. I know I am at fault.”

Circuit Judge William Acree addressed the pair saying, “Both of you are young, you have the opportunity to make something out of your life.”

Instead of a possible 2-year jail sentence, Acree instead sentenced them to 2 years of community service.  Each teen will be responsible for 100 hours a year.

Lisa Oatsvall, active with ‘Justice For Puppy Doe’ said later, “It broke my heart.  It’s not enough.  They should have been in jail.”

Oatsvall and others later released dozens of purple balloons.  She said she was thinking not just of Puppy Doe, but of his abusers.

“Hopefully they’ve learned a lesson from all this so far.  Maybe we’ve taught them something too, we can only hope so.”

Oatsvall says while she is disappointed, she is not giving up.  She tells Local 6 she plans to use the ‘Justice for Puppy Doe’ Group as a jumping off point to help other abused animals.

Hundred people bring pets to Wausau courthouse during animal cruelty trial

Comments Off on Hundred people bring pets to Wausau courthouse during animal cruelty trial

– About 100 people brought their pets to the courthouse in Wausau yesterday – the same day a woman appeared in court for the torturing-and-death of her boyfriend’s dog.

The case of 20-year-old Sean Janas of Wausau has attracted international publicity.

WAUSAU – About 100 people brought their pets to the courthouse in Wausau yesterday – the same day a woman appeared in court for the torturing-and-death of her boyfriend’s dog.

Prosecutors said she wrote in a diary about enjoying how four-year-old Mary – a German shepherd and Labrador mix – was suffering. Officials said Janas poisoned Mary to death in June. Yesterday, Janas was ordered to stand trial after she waived her right to a preliminary hearing in Marathon County Circuit Court. She’s expected to enter pleas November 12th to charges of animal mistreatment, poisoning an animal, and obstructing police.

Yesterday’s pet demonstration was called the “March for Mary.” Stacy Cole of Wausau radio station WIFC has been making people aware of the dog’s plight – and she says people from around the world are asking the defendant be fully punished. And t they’re also asking for tougher anti-cruelty laws. Almost 50,000 people have signed online petitions in support of the dog that was killed. Prosecutor Lamont Jacobson said he has received thousands of e-mails saying the same thing.

Pit Bull Shot By Deputies; Pot Plants Found In Backyard Near Molino

Comments Off on Pit Bull Shot By Deputies; Pot Plants Found In Backyard Near Molino

“Another pit bull shot – after it attacked & killed a neighbours dog! The police knew it was vicious, but had it contained; waiting for animal control to come.  So what happened, to make that dog attempt to charge at the officers; prompting them to kill it? It all sounds a little fishy to me!”

Marijuana plants discoved Friday morning in the backyard of a home in the 10000 block of Highway 29, near the Camp of the Pines.

An animal complaint north of Molino led to deputies shooting a pit bull and the discovery of pot plants in a backyard this morning.

Escambia County deputies responded to a complaint about an aggressive put bull about 9 a.m. at a residence in on Highway 29 near Cotton Lake Road. The dog was loose in the victim’s yard and had attacked and killed her dog.

Deputies kept the pit bull contained in the yard and notified Escambia County Animal Control. But before animal control arrived, the pit bull attempted to attack two officers who then utilized a shotgun to stop the dog, according to Melissa Rawson, spokesperson for the Sheriff’s Office.

When deputies attempted to contact the owner of the dog at a nearby home on Highway 29 across from the Camp Of the Pines, animal control located several other pit bulls in varying stages of distress. Escambia County Animal Control officers took possession of the dogs for further investigation.

During the investigation, deputies discovered four marijuana plants being cultivated in the backyard of the home. The Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division responded and took over that part of the investigation. Rawson said charges are pending against the residents at this time.

Code Enforcement also responded and opened a separate investigation for various code violations.
