“I can’t fxxxxxg believe this…regards previous post, just found this…although wish I hadn’t…the pervs just got another 30 months probation…WTF…they already proved they can’t be trusted, yet this Judge gives them another ‘Pass Jail go Free’ charge!! I don’t think this is the last we will hear of this pair, I just pray to God no sentient being is hurt in the process!”

“It’s almost like the Judges can’t be bothered, well I hope to God this pair keep their hands to themselves…if they don’t…I think this Judge has some explaining to do…I.E…Why the hell did Judge David Lupas, not give them a jail sentence or a total ban on keeping animals… but nope, all they got was a ‘please don’t go on the internet & look at porn, please don’t be around kids or animals etc.’…how the hell can those actions be monitored or supposed to deter them??”

“We all know this kind of sick perverted behaviour goes on behind closed door’s, so tell me, just how are this couple supposed to be monitored…or am I missing something? A man & wife can’t just forget their sexual preferences, probation has proved it doesn’t stop them, yet all they get for breaking the rules is more probation, a slap on the wrist! Well I hope people spread their names far & wide, shame I don’t have pictures…people have a right to know that their neighbours are not only child perverts, they also like sex with dogs…THEY ARE SICK VULGAR ABOMINATIONS THAT CAN NOT BE TRUSTED TO BE AROUND NORMAL PEOPLE OR ANIMALS!! “

WILKES-BARRE – A man and woman sentenced earlier this year on charges they sexually abused a teen boy admitted to several probation violations Friday, including that they had inappropriate contact with their dog, and were re-sentenced by a county judge.

James Antonelli, 68, and his wife, Jennie Marie Moore, 48, both of Sugarloaf Township, appeared before Judge David Lupas, who re-sentenced the couple to begin a sentence of 30 months probation Friday. “WTF…I give up, what’s the point when Judges just hand out more probation?”

The couple were originally sentenced in February to 30 months probation in a case in which prosecutors say the boy, now 17, was abused by Antonelli and Moore beginning in April 2007.

In September, the couple’s probation officer filed a violation report, detailing that during the summer on two different occasions Moore admitted she and Antonelli were having sex with their golden retriever, that the probation officer found pornography on a computer and that the two went to Knoebel’s Amusement Park in Elysburg. “What more proof would warrant a jail sentence for these two immoral perverted creatures?”

The couple’s attorney, James Scallion, said Friday his clients admitted to the violations in an agreement was made with prosecutors.

Assistant District Attorney Maureen Collins said she was agreeable to the sentence as long as the couple stayed away from the Internet, agreed to have no pets or animals on their property, had no unsupervised contact with minors and stayed away from places minors frequent, including amusement parks. “IS this women stupid or what…this couple have already proved they can’t be trusted, but you let them loose again!!”

Antonelli and Moore must also undergo sexual offender treatment and counselling. “All they have to do, is try to persuade the councillors that they are sorry & it’s a case of ‘ oh, ok, be good now’…I’m so fxxxxxg angry I just broke my favourite pen!!”

Lupas told Antonelli and Moore they must abide by the probation terms, and if they appear before him again on a violation, he could impose jail time. “Ooo…bet their real scared…NOT”

“I hope this is the last we see of each of you,” Lupas said.”Well it won’t be & on your head be it”

Neighbors voice concerns about former Thompson farm caretaker’s lions

When John Moore, former caretaker for Terry and Marian Thompson, moved two lion cubs to a property in Fairfield County, he knew one thing: The neighborhood would be watching.

His move to the 13700 block of Queen Road already has prompted a visit from the Fairfield County Humane Society officer and Fairfield County Sheriff’s deputies on Monday.

Nice while babies!

“We have no problem with them coming here,” Moore Tuesday said as he tussled with his two cats in their cage in the back of his home. “The humane officer said the girls look very well-fed and in good shape. They should. They eat about 10 to 12 pounds of raw chicken, beef or turkey a day. There is nothing illegal about me having them here.”

Ciaran Dern, an area resident, is concerned about the possible outcomes if children in the area got too close to the animals.

“I think it is cool that they are there, as long as what happened at Zanesville doesn’t happen here,” Dern said. “I can’t understand why anyone would want to have cubs like that. Why wouldn’t they give them to a zoo?” resident Matt Schmidt said. “All I can think about is what happened at Zanesville.”

Moore said he is perfectly capable of taking care of exotic animals after helping the Thompsons as caretaker for the past 15 years. Moore recently quit that position. Moore said he knows the lions are wild animals, but they’re not vicious or man-eaters. “Could this be an accident waiting to happen, they are wild animals with wild instincts, they might well be playful things now, but what about when their mature?”

While Moore has trained the cats to walk on leashes, they are not allowed to be walked in Fairfield County. Moore said responsible and loving exotic animal owners don’t do anything that would jeopardize the well-being or welfare of their animals!  “If you loved a wild animal that much, surely you would want to see it roaming round a large sanctuary, not a cage?”

Gatesville: Couple’s Animal Cruelty Trial Postponed

Comments Off on Gatesville: Couple’s Animal Cruelty Trial Postponed

GATESVILLE (April 20, 2012)–A Coryell County couple set to go to trial Monday in a case that involved the mistreatment of dozens of animals will have to wait a little longer for a day in court after Judge Trent Farrell agreed Friday to continue the case until September.

Curtis and Racine Moore are each charged with 10 counts of cruelty to livestock animals, two counts of illegal dumping and an additional 64 counts of cruelty to non-livestock animals.

Both are free on bonds totaling $101,000 each.

The Moores were arrested on Jan. 31, 2011 after authorities executed search and seizure warrants on their ranch and home on Marriott Road in southwestern Coryell County.

The original warrant was for the seizure of horses, but investigators encountered more than they expected as they searched the property.

As a result, the 39 horses were delivered to a Gatesville veterinarian and a second seizure warrant was obtained for another 230 dogs, 13 rodents, 18 cats, a primate, a deer, a raccoon, a monitor lizard, two Bengal tigers and two mountain lions.

The Houston office of the SPCA took custody of all of the animals except for the horses, which remain in the care of the vet in Gatesville.

A Coryell County jury in May 2011 ordered the couple to pay a $60,000 judgment to a woman who was employed by the Moore’s and sued them because their dog bit her.

Dina Maze also was awarded medical damages to cover the cost of her treatment after a Rottweiler that was owned by Curtis and Racine Moore bit her in 2008.

A second defendant in the suit, Gary Friedel, owner of the Topsey Wildlife Ranch, was judged to not be responsible for any of Maze’s injuries.

Friedel had no connection to the event other than he was the landowner who leased land to the Moores.

Maze claims that while she worked for the Moores at their animal ranch in 2008, a Rottweiler dog she was charged with feeding bit her.

At the time the Moores were leasing property from Friedel adjacent to his Topsey Wildlife Ranch.

Maze’s lawyers, from the Carlson firm, claimed Maze was bitten while trying to feed a female Rottweiler after entering the dog’s cage.
