B.C. Public Warned Of Release Of Animal Killer – Video Tells Reason Why!

Comments Off on B.C. Public Warned Of Release Of Animal Killer – Video Tells Reason Why!

WTF…suspended sentence?? people like this don’t just suddenly stop fantasising about killing animals & humans.  Are the police going to be watching her every move? How can someone like this be released from jail, yet come with so many warnings to the public etc. I suggest you watch the video below, get to know a little more about this psychopath;you know it’s serious when even her own mother won’t have her living with her!!”

Police in British Columbia have issued a warning to the public about a woman convicted of killing animals but one former Toronto officer says the case reminds him of another disturbing criminal case.

Former Toronto police investigator Ross McLean told CP24 Tuesday that there are similarities between the cases of 23-year-old Kayla Bourque and murder suspect Luka Rocco Magnotta.

Bourque pleaded guilty in 2012 to wilfully killing animals, causing unnecessary pain and suffering to animals and possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

The charges stem from the deaths of her family’s cat and dog.

Her recent release prompted a warning to the public issued by B.C. Corrections on Monday.

“You’re seeing similarities here between [Magnotta’s and Bourque’s] family background – it being broken, escalation to torturing and hurting animals and then the stated intent and the fantasizing about doing it to humans,” McLean told CP24 on Tuesday.

Magnotta, 30, is accused of first-degree murder in connection with the killing and dismemberment of Montreal university student Jun Lin, who police believe was killed on either May 24 or 25, 2012.

The 33-year-old’s torso was later found in a suitcase outside Magnotta’s apartment building, while his hands and feet were mailed to political offices and schools in Ottawa and B.C. His head was located in a Montreal park.

Magnotta was arrested in Berlin in July following an international manhunt.

Police believe that a video posted on-line shows the dismemberment of Lin.

On-line videos allegedly showing the torture of animals have also been linked to Magnotta.

No charges against Magnotta have been proven in a court of law. He is currently in police custody awaiting trial. “I can’t fxxxxxg believe this, there were videos of him on YouTube killing animals…yet no charges??…they going to let him out too??”

Bourque, a former student at Simon Fraser University, was sentenced to eight months in jail. Police say she will now be living in the Metro Vancouver area, but did not elaborate with specifics.

She will be subject to more than 40 court-ordered restrictions, including bans on using social networking sites, owning weapons, associating with anyone under the age of 18 and a lifetime ban on owning animals.

She will also only be allowed to leave the house between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Bourque is also barred from having intimate relationships without advising the other person of her criminal past and must take part in counselling sessions and psychiatric assessments. “Yea right, so she’s supposed to say “Before I invite you in for a coffee, I have to tell you that I fantasize about killing people”…WTF, how utterly insane, she should be locked up for good!”

“It appears from the orders that the police are really working to see that [Bourque] goes in and gets the counselling she requires,” McLean said. “Now whether she wants to take it, or it works, is another story.”

Following a tip from a concerned friend last year, police conducted a search of Bourque’s residence room, where investigators seized a laptop, storage devices and a binder containing information on serial killers, as well as depictions of sexual homicide and animal torture.

Member of the public are being asked to contact police immediately if they see Bourque violating any of the conditions of her release. “I guess that means they won’t be watching her 24/7 then…un-fxxxxxg-believable!!”

She is described as five-foot-four, 130 pounds with a slender build, brown eyes and black hair.

McLean says he believes cases like Bourque’s will be more and more common.

“ We’ve raised people in a time today where – between the Internet, on-line pornography, the ability to learn about gruesome items – the environment is there right for those people to come out,” he said

The reason why she is a danger:

  • While living in residence last March, she told another student she had disembowelled and dismembered cats in the Prince George area and that she fantasized about getting a gun and shooting a homeless person.
  • She also said she wanted to kill someone in residence and was taking forensic classes because she wanted to “get away” with something in the future.

  • Police also found video clips depicting her killing and hanging the family dog.”She narrated part of the video as she eviscerated the dog,” MacLean said.

  •  Another video depicted Bourque torturing the family’s cat. “It is clear the animals would have suffered significantly prior to their deaths.”
  • On Wednesday afternoon, Bourque sat quietly beside her lawyer as others discussed the stringent requirements needed to keep her from re-offending during a three-year probation period.
  • MacLean said Bourque’s mother does not want her daughter living in the family home. Once released from jail, a Vancouver police high risk offender team will escort her to her new residence

killed Puppy Case: Preston Odle & Levi Evans – Teens sentenced to community service

Comments Off on killed Puppy Case: Preston Odle & Levi Evans – Teens sentenced to community service

“I CAN’T FXXXXXG BELIEVE THIS…THESE 2 MURDERING BXXXXXD GET COMMUNITY SERVICE 100 HOURS PER YEAR FOR BRUTALLY STABBING & KILLING A ST.BERNARD PUPPY…was the Judge a friend of the family or what??? This can’t be right…Let me remind you of what they did….

“I believe it started out by them kicking the dog and breaking its ribs, then one of them stood on its head and pressed it into the ground,” said Chief Randal Walker of the Dresden Police Dept.

Officers said they believe Preston Odle, 18, and Levi Evans, 19, tortured a puppy for fun, making this case even more shocking for residents.

”The puppy’s mouth was wired shut, then they put wire around the dogs neck and pulled over a tree limb and pulled it up in the air trying to choke it that way,” said Walker.”

Officers said the brutality did not stop there, according to a statement that was made by one of the boys. Police said Odle then decided to stab the puppy in the back with a knife, which makes this the worst case of animal cruelty in Dresden to date. Residents said they are outraged.
” They don’t understand. It’s pretty sickening, ya know to mistreat an animal like that,” admitted Walker.”

“You tell me, is that sentence enough for what they did? 4 hours they tortured that little puppy…their not kids…something stinks here…someone been getting back-handed payments or what??? I truly am so fxxxxxg angry…I cried myself to sleep the night I posted this, I couldn’t get the images out of my head, how that poor baby must have suffered! “

DRESDEN, TN-  Outside the Weakley County Courthouse 25 people gathered early Thursday morning.

Levi Evans

They wore buttons with the picture of a 4-month-old St. Bernard puppy and t-shirts emblazoned with his image.

They carried signs reading, ‘There is no excuse for animal abuse.’  The group ‘Justice For Puppy Doe’ was hoping the ‘justice’ they had spent 6 months fighting for was just minutes away.

It was the day Preston Odle, 18, and Levi Evans, 19, would be sentenced.  In September, the pair plead guilty to animal abuse charges.  They admitted they had beaten and stabbed the stray dog to death.

Inside the courtroom, their lawyers did not make excuses.

Lane Unger, representing Preston Odle told the judge, “It was incredibly stupid what they did.”

Both teens wrote letters that their lawyers read.

On behalf of his client, Levi Evans, Robert Kinton read in part, “My behavior was extremely inappropriate, immature, and lacked any respect. I know I am at fault.”

Circuit Judge William Acree addressed the pair saying, “Both of you are young, you have the opportunity to make something out of your life.”

Instead of a possible 2-year jail sentence, Acree instead sentenced them to 2 years of community service.  Each teen will be responsible for 100 hours a year.

Lisa Oatsvall, active with ‘Justice For Puppy Doe’ said later, “It broke my heart.  It’s not enough.  They should have been in jail.”

Oatsvall and others later released dozens of purple balloons.  She said she was thinking not just of Puppy Doe, but of his abusers.

“Hopefully they’ve learned a lesson from all this so far.  Maybe we’ve taught them something too, we can only hope so.”

Oatsvall says while she is disappointed, she is not giving up.  She tells Local 6 she plans to use the ‘Justice for Puppy Doe’ Group as a jumping off point to help other abused animals.

Black bear euthanized after eating Canada murderer

Comments Off on Black bear euthanized after eating Canada murderer

“Did they really have to kill the bear? I mean, they say it would remember the food source, but that doesn’t mean it would go around opening car doors & pulling people out to snack on! Surly they could have moved it deeper into wooded area where it wouldn’t come across people in cars!”

VANCOUVER, British Columbia — Canadian conservation officers have euthanized a black bear that ate the remains of a convicted murderer.

British Columbia Environment Minister Terry Lake said Monday the bear’s description matched that of one seen guarding a cache that contained the remains of Rory Wagner, 54. Examinations of fur at the scene as well as teeth and claw marks confirmed the bear that was euthanized is the one that ate the remains.

Lake said the animal was put down because bears remember food sources.

Officials suspect the bear pulled Wagner’s body from his car after he died on a remote logging road.

Wagner pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in 1994. He and two others were charged with a killing a man who they believed had sexually assaulted a family member. He served his prison time and was released.

Wagner, who was living in Kamloops, British Columbia, was reported missing May 23. Police said his death was not suspicious. Hunters found the site last week.

Regional coroner Mark Coleman said it is not yet known how Wagner died. Coleman said an autopsy showed the man was dead before the bear got him out of the car. Coleman said toxicology results to reveal how Wagner died would not be complete for several weeks.

Royal Canadian Mounted Poilce Sgt. Grant Learned said Wagner was on life parole and had been living in an approved facility in the city. He said Wagner had attended work May 21 and said he wouldn’t be coming in to work in the following days.

When he failed to show up at his residence May 22, a warrant was issued for his arrest. His body was found shortly after.

“The degree of decomposition would suggest the body had been removed (from the car) after death,” Learned said

Pet horse found slaughtered yards from farm

HIALEAH GARDENS, Fla. (WSVN) — The owner of a pet horse made a disturbing discovery after someone broke into the property and murdered his animal overnight.

A 15-year-old horse belonging to a farm along Northwest 138th Street in Hialeah Gardens was led 200 yards from her stable and into a wooded area where she was killed.

Richard Couto of the Animal Recovery Mission believes the horse was slaughtered four days ago for it’s meat. “So you can tell by taking a hoof of the horse it was really well cared for, pet,” said Couto.

The horse had been a pet on the farm prior to her death. “The owner of this horse has terminal cancer and the ranch manager was caring for this horse before it was butchered,” said Couto.

All that now remains are the horse’s bones and millions of maggots feasting on what little is left of the animal. “Nobody likes seeing this,” said Couto. “Especially knowing that this animal was killed and probably butchered alive. Definitely, certainly wasn’t shot and no bullet holes in the skull which means that this horse was probably stabbed.”

The area of Hialeah Gardens where the horse was found is known of animal killings. It is home to many horse farms that thieves know exist so they steal the horses, kill them and make money off their meat. “We have a lot of supply. There are a lot of horses in South Florida and when you have supply and demand you’re going to have animals that are illegally killed such as this one,” said Couto.

Couto says that whoever is responsible for the death knew the farm and sadly believes that this will not be the last animal to end up on a dinner plate. “There are a lot of bad people in this county and the state of Florida that have a high demand for this meat,” he said.

If you have any information on this slaughter, call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS. Remember, you can always remain anonymous, and you may be eligible for a reward.

“It was done out of spite”: 60-year-old cat killer blasted as he admits stabbing wife’s pet to death after boozy row

Comments Off on “It was done out of spite”: 60-year-old cat killer blasted as he admits stabbing wife’s pet to death after boozy row

Stroud man accused of severing aorta of cat which was nursing four kittens.

A man has admitted stabbing his wife’s cat to death following a drunken argument.

Andrew Beese appeared at Gloucester Magistrates’ Court accused of causing unnecessary suffering to an animal.

The 60-year-old told police he could not remember stabbing the cat, but admitted he killed the pet, which was nursing four kittens.

Beese, of Bisley Old Road, Stroud, stabbed the cat several times and severed its aorta, causing extensive bleeding, Nick Sutton, prosecuting, told the court.

He then disposed of the animal’s body in the back garden following the attack on December 29 last year.

This was a pre-meditated attack,” Mr Sutton said.

“It was done out of spite. He killed the cat and it died from very obvious stab wounds.

“It really doesn’t come more serious than this.”

Steve Woodward, defending, said his client still does not remember stabbing the cat, but that he accepts the evidence.

He told the magistrates Beese the animal following an argument with his wife and that he had been drinking excessively.

Beese, who is balding with a grey beard, appeared in court dressed in a blue shirt and yellow tie.

He spoke only to confirm his name and address and enter a guilty plea to the charge.

The chairman of the board adjourned the case for sentencing on June 15 at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court.

Richard Owen made one thing very clear to FOX10 News in his interview Thursday. He said he has been wrongfully accused for the shooting deaths of two horses on his Baronne Street property.

He believes the crime was committed by Chris Bayhi, who faces felony battery charges for a fight he and Owen got into three months ago.

Owen said Bayhi killed the horses on the same morning he was to testify against Bayhi’s co-defendant, calling it a scare tactic.

But Escambia County deputies, and Bayhi, disagree.
