Hurricane, UT – William R. Burgess, a 55-year-old Utah man was jailed Wednesday after he allegedly admitted to having sex with a neighbour’s horse.

According to police, an investigation was launched after Burgess’s sister contacted authorities and told them that she had uncovered evidence that indicatedher brother had begun having sex with a horse.

During a police interview, Burgess allegedly admitted to the deed.

Investigators say Burgess told detectives that he walked to a neighbour’s ranch with a bag of horse feed and a halter. Burgess used the horse feed to lure the horse close to him, then used the halter to keep the animal steady while engaging in sex with her.

Burgess was booked into the Purgatory Correctional Facility and charged with six counts of bestiality, one felony count of burglary, one count of theft and one count of criminal trespass. His next court appearance has been set for Nov. 19. “I have searched for hours & can’t find any details from that court date”

On-line arrest records also seem to indicate that Burgess was convicted of forcible sexual abuse in March, 2006.

A married couple from Sugarload, Pa. is accused of violating the terms of their probation after a probation officer discovered that they had been sexually abusing their dog.

According to Friday’s publication of the Pocono Record, James Antonelli, 68, and his wife, Jennie Marie Moore, 48, were on probation for a February incident involving a teen who was indecently assaulted by the couple.“This is what happens when people like this are just put on probation, cant the Judges see that these predators won’t just stop because of a probation order, it’s ridiculous, whilst putting others at risk!”

Specifically, the teen was allegedly forced to perform “sexual acts” on the woman and he claims to have been punished if those acts were not “satisfactory.”

Recently, the couple’s probation officer discovered that the pair had violated the terms of their probation when Moore admitted to the probation officer that she and her husband had been having sex with their golden retriever.

Stated in the violation report,

“(Antonelli) and his wife put themselves in danger by having sex with a dog who was not vaccinated,” Okay, wait a minute.  Would it have been okay had the dog got its shots?  The probation office is worried about these deviants putting themselves in danger? The couple also visited an amusement park, which put them in the proximity of children; another violation of their probation terms.

A couple who pleaded guilty to using Craigslist to find a dog for the wife to have sex with has been sentenced to probation in a twisted case of bestiality.

Shane Walker, 38, and his wife Sarah Dae Walker, 33, of San Tan Valley, Arizona appeared in court on Thursday to face charges of conspiracy to commit bestiality after soliciting an undercover deputy for the use of his golden shepherd in June.

The couple, who had an admitted open marriage, were arrested alongside the wife’s lover Robert Aucker, 26, after the trio made plans to meet with the dog and its owner at a Mesa Quality Inn.

Sarah Walker was sentenced to 24 months of supervised probation with her husband ordered 18 months under the same beastiality charge. “Pathetic, this pair will be at it again as soon as they can..but next time they will be more careful…this sentence definitely isn’t going to them!”

Both are also prohibited from owning or caring for any animals. “Suppose we should be grateful for that, they going to watch them 24/7? Now if their names were on an Animal Abuse Register, which shelters could check, before handing over pets to anyone…some of these animal crimes could have been averted! The Walkers posted a Craigslist ad on February 7 titled, ‘Wife looking for K9’, according to Maricopa County Superior Court records.

During a number of email exchanges between the couple and the detective, Dae offered sexual favors and they agreed to meet at the Quality Inn in Mesa, which is where they were arrested.

Court records state that Dae, a photographer, admitted to detectives she told both her husband and Aucker she wanted a dog to have sex with her. “SICK”

The trio had been hoping to meet the owner of a Golden Shepherd having spent three weeks corresponding with her over the use of the dog. “The dog is a living sentient being with feelings, they didn’t stop to think about the trauma the poor thing would face, nor the damage. According to the arrest report Aucker said he had been involved with Dae for a month and she had expressed her desire to have sex with a dog.

Last year Sheriff Arpaio wrote to Craigslist CEO Jim Buckmaster after the arrest of two people for using the website to solicit dogs for sex.

Arpaio asked for closer monitoring of the site, but said after the latest arrest: ‘I remain extremely disappointed in the leadership at Craigslist.com for refusing to do what they can to stop this.

A woman died at Sean McDonnell’s home after she had sex with his dog. 

A JUDGE yesterday adjourned sentencing in a case in which evidence was given of the defendant’s interest in pornography and bestiality.

Seán McDonnell (58) pleaded guilty to one count of buggery with an animal, namely a German Shepherd-type dog, at his home on October 7th, 2008. It is believed to be the first case of its kind in an Irish court.

Evidence was given that he had arranged for a woman to have sex with his dog. He had met her on an internet chat room.

The woman – a 48-year-old separated mother from Co Limerick, who was not named in court – died in hospital hours after engaging in an act of bestiality with the animal.

Det Garda Pádraig O’Dwyer, Roxboro Road Garda station, accepted that while the woman and the dog engaged in an act of bestiality, no exact cause of death could be found.

“This is a very obscene case,” remarked Denis Vaughan Buckley, senior prosecution counsel, as he outlined the evidence.

He said McDonnell telephoned the emergency services from his house at Laurel Park, Patrickswell, Co Limerick. “The deceased had turned blue and was wearing unusual clothing,” he said.

Det Garda O’Dwyer said the accused accepted the woman had agreed, in an internet exchange, to have sex with the dog.

Evidence was given of blood, DNA and hair samples.

During a search at McDonnell’s home, gardaí discovered a computer “which confirmed the accused’s interest in bestiality”.

Mr Vaughan Buckley said the accused had posted 3,500 comments on bestiality forums. McDonnell’s computer also revealed multiple internet search hits for bestiality.

A computer, the property of the deceased, showed “extensive activity in pornography and bestiality websites”, Mr Vaughan Buckley said.

The dog was destroyed last week with McDonnell’s consent. Isobella Kennedy, defending, said: “My client would not have been prosecuted save for the lady in question passing away. The lady fully consented. There was no form of coercion or duress.”

Judge Carroll Moran described it as “a very unusual case” and adjourned sentencing to December 14th.

A Redmond man accused of slitting a puppy’s throat also recorded himself having sex with dogs, King County prosecutors now allege.

Filing charges earlier this month, prosecutors claim Michael C. Heyes attempted to kill a puppy in July. According to prosecutors, Heyes, 25, was ultimately institutionalized after sending photos of the seriously injured 17-week-old puppy to friends and family.

Family members searching the Northeast 116^th Street home where Heyes was living uncovered several videos showing Heyes “engaged in bestiality with his other pet dogs,” Deputy Prosecutor Benjamin Carr told the court.

At 6:45 a.m. on July 23, Redmond police were dispatched to a veterinarian’s office there following a report of a disturbance in the clinic parking lot, Redmond Police Officer Kimberly Corbray told the court.

At the time, there was blood in the trunk of Heyes car, which was damaged. Heyes was carrying a black puppy with a bandaged neck.

Near death, the dog underwent surgery and a blood transfusion, and was ultimately saved.

At the time, Heyes offered the first of a series of nonsensical explanations as to how the dog became injured, Carr told the court.

“He said he had been attacked by strangers on the street who slit the dog’s throat ‘to piss (him) off,’” the deputy prosecutor continued. “He said his puppy’s throat had been slashed during a home invasion incident, and he said that he slashed his own dog’s throat as part of a ‘military mission.’

“The defendant also said multiple times that the puppy belonged to him and he could do with it ‘what he wanted.’”

Carr went on to reiterate the claim that Heyes meant to kill the dog, and believed he had when he sent photos of it to his family.

The following day, several people close to Heyes reported that he had cut the dog, Corbray said in court documents.

Heyes has a lengthy history of mental illness and drug addiction, and is alleged to have abused animals in the past. He was held for 90 days at Western State Hospital immediately after the incident.

After he was institutionalized, Heyes family then searched his home and found the disturbing videos, Carr told the court.

“His family discovered multiple videos recorded by the defendant of the defendant engaged in bestiality with his other pet dogs,” Carr said.

Carr noted the dogs – like the injured puppy – were seized by animal control.

Heyes has been charged with first-degree animal cruelty for the purported attack on the puppy.
