“Sick POS…need to pay with jail time, for the animals they tortured & need to be removed from decent society; so they can’t harm or torture any more animals.”

SANTA FE, Texas – Santa Fe police say a drug bust led to the discovery of some horrific animal cruelty.

 38-year-old Veronica Lynn Springer

According to the Santa Fe Police Department, 39-year-old Brian Anthony Cheek and his wife, 38-year-old Veronica Lynn Springer, were arrested Friday night on narcotics charges after officers found almost 9 grams of crystal methamphetamines, a scale and packaging materials for sales.

However, while executing the warrant, detectives made a gruesome discovery, police said. Twenty cats ranging from kittens to full grown cats were discovered dead.

 39-year-old Brian Anthony Cheek

Police said the cats all appeared to have been tortured and killed. Evidence of strangulation, blunt force trauma, disemboweling and burning was found.

One of the dead cats was discovered in a box in the bed of Cheek’s truck, police said.

Remains of several of the cats were picked up by the Galveston County Sheriff’s Animal Cruelty investigators and will be examined by necropsy at which time additional felony charges are expected.

Cheek, already on felony probation, is charged with manufacture/delivery of controlled substances, a first-degree felony, police said. He is being held on a $300,000.00 bond.

Police said Springer is charged with possession of controlled substances, and she is being held on $20,000.00 bond.

Hunterdon Humane Animal Shelter Faces Animal Cruelty Charges

Comments Off on Hunterdon Humane Animal Shelter Faces Animal Cruelty Charges

Distressing news on Thursday when the New Jersey Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal’s Law Enforcement Division joined with the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office and issued two search warrants for the Hunterdon Humane Animal Shelter on Stamets Road in Alexandria Road and a nearby veterinarian hospital.

According to N.J.com, Captain Rick Yocum, the president of the New Jersey Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals stated an investigation has been ongoing because of complaints about inhumane conditions at the facility.

Seventeen cats were removed and were transported to the Flemington Animal Hospital. Four of the cats were humanely euthanized. All of the animals have been receiving medical attention. The facility failed to quarantine sick cats with respiratory infections thus spreading illness to healthy cats.

There are also two pigs living in terrible condition at the facility. A decision from the Department of Agriculture will determine their fate.

Charges are expected to be filed within a week to ten days.

Child Porn with Bestiality, Bondage Found in Ravenswood Home

Comments Off on Child Porn with Bestiality, Bondage Found in Ravenswood Home

“Take note of this sick EVIL MF…if you see him, know of him or live in the area, keep an eye on your children & your pets! See the cold black empty look in his eyes, he has no soul & no heart, because he made a deal with the devil. Filthy scum needs locking away for good, no amount of jail time will stop him from wanting & needing his repulsive daily fix! Monstrosity’s like him should have their manhood chopped off & the word “Bestial Pervert” tattooed across their heads, so where ever they go; people will know that they are in the presence of a depraved abomination!”

A Ravenswood man admitted to possessing more than 2,500 videos and images of child pornography—some with children as young as one.

The announcement came Friday afternoon from the Cook County Sheriff’s office.

Seamus Webb

Seamus Webb, 51, was arrested Thursday and charged with four felonies for disseminating and possessing child pornography. Police said the images included bestiality and bondage of minors.

Cook County Sheriff’s Police Child Exploitation Unit found Webb in his apartment on the 1600 block of West Carmen Ave and arrested him without incident.

The arrest occurred after police received a search warrant based on information from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, police said. Officers confiscated several computers and other items.

The charges—all class X felonies—include aggravated child pornography, dissemination; aggravated child pornography possession; child pornography, possession of pictures; child pornography possession of movies.

Bond for Webb was set at $100,000. His next court date is scheduled for April 11.

Milton Couple Faces Bestiality, Drug Charges

Comments Off on Milton Couple Faces Bestiality, Drug Charges

“WTF…this couple has kids, what the hell they doing growing illegal drugs & raping dogs?? However, don’t expect a prison sentence, as they have not stolen anything!”

TORONTO – A couple from rural Nassagaweya Twp. face bestiality charges after being busted for allegedly growing pot in a dog kennel, Halton Regional Police said Friday.

Officers executed a search warrant Thursday at the farmhouse on 20th Sdrd., about 70 km west of Toronto, and located a ”sophisticated” indoor marijuana grow-op, police said.

But pot was not all they allegedly found.

“While searching the residence, (officers) seized evidence related to bestiality involving a dog,” police said.

Investigators did not elaborate on what that “evidence” included.

But they claim about $9,500 in harvested marijuana, an undisclosed amount of anabolic steroids and a 12-gauge shotgun were also found in the house.

Two young kids were living at the residence with the accused couple, police said.

The grow-op was allegedly found in a separate building next to the house, both of which are tucked about 500 metres back from the road on the sprawling snow-covered property 20 km northwest of Milton.

Police allege more than 1,600 plants worth about $210,000 were seized from the building, which they claim also housed a dog kennel.

Residents of the area near Mohawk Racetrack, many of whom are horse owners, were shocked to learn of the pot operation in their sleepy community.

And they were even more disturbed by the bestiality accusations.

One neighbour said an “extremely private” older couple, possibly in their 60s, own the home.

It’s unclear how the home-owners are connected to the accused couple, both 34, and the children.

Neighbours said the older man breeds salukis, which are similar to greyhounds, and they suspect that is why there is a kennel on the property.

The home-owners’ donkey is also often seen wandering around the grounds.

Ryan Brett and Donna Fleury were arrested and charged with bestiality and firearms-related offences.

Brett also faces drug possession, production and trafficking charges.

Fleury has since been released on a promise to appear in court at a later date.

Brett appeared briefly in a Milton courtroom Friday and was remanded into custody, so he’ll spend at least the weekend behind bars.

Cumbrian Man 25, Jailed For Child & Animal Porn

Comments Off on Cumbrian Man 25, Jailed For Child & Animal Porn

“Yet another sexual predator of the worst kind, these malevolent creatures have no thought or feeling for anyone or anything. They certainly have no empathy for little children; so harming animals is of no consequence to them. Many psychiatric reports state, that these depraved minds, start off by abusing animals.  Putting these perverts on the Sexual Register is of course warranted, children need the highest protection there is, nothing is more sacred than the innocence of a child!”

“Of course, animals need protecting too, sentient beings, voiceless, innocent, the perfect victims…they also need protecting from these corrupt & harmful degenerates. It is a well-known fact, the FBI now see the correlation between those who have abused animals, will usually turn to human victims. They probably set out in life on a very rough hard road, perhaps they were even abused themselves! If so, without help, their anger at being humiliated, touched, usually by a family member, stirs so much pent-up anger, that something blow’s; unfortunately animals are usually the closet thing at hand, & they won’t tell, which is perfect; to start with!”

“The poor voiceless animals are perfect to use, the family dog or cat can’t tell anyone! Therefore they are used as sexual instruments, for experimenting on, learning about pain levels & easy way’s to hurt them, without anyone noticing! Before long it becomes a habit, an addiction, but each time the pain they inflict on the animal will be worse than the last. The more fear & hurt they cause the animal, the better the abuser feels; almost empowered, through his own perverse actions, he will release his own anger & vengeful hatred he has of people & the world! It won’t be long before he kill’s an animal & the rush of excitement & adrenalin he get’s from it…means he is at his most dangerous!

“As the law stands, sadly Animal Abuse Registers are not mandatory in any Country! But I truly believe if they were, certain lives would not have been shattered; the police would have known about offenders & those offenders, knowing they were being watched; would be a great deterrent. Not only that, both the Sex Offenders List & the Animal Abuse Register could be synchronised, therefore flagging up potential names that have been added to both. A mirror image of the Sex offenders list, in fact it could be the Sex offenders list, but called the Animal Abuse Register…all the data would be the same on both registers, name, address, police records etc. but most importantly a picture of the abuser. If the database was shared throughout veterinary offices, animal shelters, anywhere where animals may turn up to be treated or adopted…if incorporated correctly, I’m sure, animal abusers would be caught; & perhaps a child’s life saved.

The police use the Sex offenders list to keep an eye on would be molesters etc. Why couldn’t the police use the same tactics to catch these degenerates with animals, convict them, give them a taste of Jail…then hopefully the offender would have been saved in time, before they turn to children…who knows!

“Did you know,  not all vets have to tell the police if they receive an animal they fear has been abused, depends where they live…that’s another area that need’s addressing. I would hope that most vets, out of a sense of duty, would involve the police in any case they were suspicious of!”

“There is absolutely nothing to lose by trying out Animal Abuse Registers. Animal abuse is a proven predictor of violent behaviour. The FBI considers past animal abuse not only as a predictor of human violence, but uses it when profiling serial killers.”

“One of the most dangerous things that can happen to a child is to kill or torture an animal and get away with it.” -Anthropologist Margaret Mead”

A man who downloaded and stored videos and more than 1,500 indecent images of child and animal pornography featuring “real exploitation of the grossest form” has been sent to prison.

Samuel William Clark, 25, of Salterbeck Drive, Workington, pleaded guilty to all 26 charges, including three of possessing images of the highest severity and two of possessing extreme pornography videos featuring animals.

On June 25 of this year police executed a search warrant and seized a laptop, computer and mobile phone belonging to Clark, as well as a number of storage disks.

They discovered more than 1,500 images that Clark had downloaded from file sharing programmes and internet searches.

Defence barrister Greg Hoare said that Clark downloaded and viewed the images “because he was getting bored” and that he was not aroused by them.

The images included pornography of severity levels one to five of children under 13, severity levels one to five of children under 16, and several videos.

Sentencing, Judge Paul Batty said told Clark: “The material featured exploitation of children, some under the age of five. “Certain people should just be extinguished”

It was real exploitation of the grossest form.

“Unusually, you had gone to the trouble of downloading a considerable amount of it onto disks and that is an added aspect. “He was probably planning to sell them”

“The fact that you were in possession of extreme pornography, the likes of which many people will never have viewed, means I am unable to suspend the prison sentence.”

Clark was sentenced to 12 months in prison, given a sexual prevention order for an indefinite term to prevent him having access to the internet, prohibited from having unsupervised contact with anyone under 16, disqualified from working with children and put on the sex offenders register for 10 years. “Where is the ‘ Not allowed to own animals’??

GEORGETOWN —

Following an investigation, deputies in Madison County charged Constance A. McGee for starving her horse.

The horse was found to be between 25 and 30 years old and in poor health. Following the investigation, deputies say the horse showed no signs of improvement and McGee did not act upon their warnings.

Deputies say the horse was examined by a veterinarian and found to be in an emaciated state with the onset of serious health issues.

Based on the examination and recommendations from the veterinarian, a search warrant was issued for the horse to be seized. The horse was seized on April 26 and taken to a rehabilitation facility in Clinton where it will be cared for by trained staff.

Sheriff Allen Riley says that this is the first arrest by the newly initiated animal cruelty investigator program for the Office of the Madison County Sheriff, a joint effort with the ASPCA.

Deputies issued McGee an appearance ticket for the violation of NYS Agriculture and Markets Law Article 26, Section 353, Failure to Provide Sustenance. McGee is scheduled to appear in the Town of Georgetown Court next week.

Wittmann woman accused of animal abuse

Comments Off on Wittmann woman accused of animal abuse

A woman was arrested in Wittmann on suspicion of 14 counts of animal crueltyWednesday morning, officials said.

Charlene Scott, 56, was arrested in Wittmann on suspicion of 14 counts of animal cruelty. Officials went to her home after finding a 3- to 4-month old puppy in need of emergency medical treatment

The Animal Crimes Unit of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search warrant at the home of Charlene Scott, 56, after finding a 3- to 4-month old puppy in need of emergency medical treatment, according to Officer Christopher Hegstrom of the Sheriff’s Office.

In their search, deputies found one dead puppy and seized three adult female dogs, two adult male dogs and nine puppies, Hegstrom said.

He said the animals received medical attention after being taken from the home.

The Sheriff’s Office had been in contact with Scott about her animals since September, according to officials.

Police said she was negligent and that her animals had chronic tick infestations that caused hair loss and skin inflammation.

Scott had failed to treat her animals after police said they had given her recommendations over the past several months, according to Hegstrom.

Deputies said Scott showed an inability to properly care for her animals.

Wittmann is located about 35 miles northwest of Phoenix.
