Man Accused Of Sex With Dog In San Pedro Faces 9 years in prison

UPDATE 04/12/2013 : Christopher Caceres, 22, is charged with felony animal cruelty, burglary and misdemeanor sexual assault of an animal. He faces up to nine years in prison if convicted of all charges, according to prosecutors. Caceres is being held in lieu of $100,000 bail.

The mother of a 22-year-old San Pedro, Calif., man who is at the center of a sordid case of bestiality, has apologized to the owners of the victimized dog, reported Thursday’s Press-Telegram.

Lisa Caceres, mother of the accused man, Christopher Alexander Caceres, stated:

Our prayers are with our son,”

My husband and I had no idea. We already spoke to the people and told them the same thing. He needs help, and we are sorry about what happened.”

Caceres, who remains behind bars, has pleaded not guilty to the charges stemming from the alleged sexual assault of an 80-pound Akita.

On Nov. 10, after viewing surveillance footage of the sexual assault, the dog’s owner went to the police.

The victimized dog’s owner, who has chosen to remain anonymous, installed security cameras on his property because he feared that his house was being targeted by a prowler; the man had heard his dog “shriek,” during the night, on two separate occasions.

Prior to viewing the recorded video, which showed a two-plus hour long encounter, the man had no idea that his dog was being forced to engage in sexual activity with Caceres.

Caceres’ mother has elected not to watch the video which implicates her son.

She has stated:

We are very upset about it just like everybody else,

At this time, we are doing the best we can. Eventually things will calm down and be OK again. We are hoping for the best for everybody involved.”

A 22-year-old San Pedro, Calif., man is facing multiple charges after a neighbor’s surveillance cameras caught him engaging in sordid, sexual activity with a dog, reported Tuesday’s Press-Telegram.

Christopher Alexander Caceres is accused of sexually assaulting an 80-pound Akita; according to footage captured by the dog owner’s surveillance camera, the attack went on for two agonizing hours.

The dog’s owner, who has chosen to remain anonymous, told The Press-Telegram:

It was unimaginable to me,

For it to go on that long was heart-wrenching.”

He added:

It’s inhumane. I don’t even know what to say about it,”

He is apparently just a real sicko.”

The dog’s owner had installed security cameras because he feared that his house was being targeted by a prowler. The dog’s owner had heard his dog “shriek” during the night, and he has also found fur from the dog scattered in his yard.

After viewing the security camera footage, the man witnessed the suspect feeding something to his dog, believed to be a drug of some sort, and then, after approximately 15 minutes, the lengthy sexual attack began.

The police were notified on Nov. 10, after the dog’s owner viewed the surveillance footage.

Caceres, who is reported to be a grandson of one of the dog owner’s neighbors, pleaded not guilty to charges, including burglary and bestiality; he has been ordered to come back to court on Nov. 25.

The victimized dog has been seen, and treated, by a veterinarian.

Man Booked for Bestiality in Indore

INDORE: A man in Aerodrome area was allegedly caught for beating and indulging in a sexual act with his neighbour’s cow on Friday noon.

The accused, 40-year-old Gulab Singh has been arrested in the case, said Aerodrome police station in charge Akhilesh Divedi. “The accused is a labourer in the area and was taken to the police station by the neighbours,” Divedi told TOI.

Divedi said the incident had taken place around 12pm, when the accused was alone at his residence and found a neighbour’s cow tied nearby. He untied it and took the cow inside his house and tied the legs and snout before sexually assaulting the animal.

After sometime, the owner of cow Bindu Jaiswal along with a few neighbours started searching for the missing cow and found Singh allegedly indulging in objectionable activity with the 3-year-old cow. They immediately raised an alarm and took Singh to the police station and lodged a complaint against him.

Jaiswal said that the cops were initially hesitant to lodge a complaint but under pressure from the crowd, they eventually registered one under section 377 (sexual activity against the order of nature) of IPC.

When asked whether the accused was inebriated, police said that during prima facie the accused looked normal. “He appears to be a sadist and mentally disturbed,” the police said.

Man Charged With Possessing Pornographic Images of Bestiality

A South Godstone man has appeared in court charged with 12 offences.

Bryan Vincent Thornhill, of Langham Road, is charged with five charges of possessing pornographic images of bestiality with a dog or horse, which was “grossly offensive, disgusting or otherwise of an obscene character”.

He is also charged with one count of possessing an extreme pornographic image.

He is also charged with six further offences which were engaging in a sexual act, while in the presence of a child under the age of 13, for sexual gratification.

Thornhill, 59, pleaded not guilty to all counts at Guildford Crown Court today (Friday).

He was released on conditional bail, with conditions not to contact directly or indirectly a named child, or to go within 50m of a named school – unless agreed by social services.

He will next appear at the same court on October 21.

Cedar Springs Man Faces Sex Charge Again, This Time Involving A Dog

GRAND RAPIDS, MI — A Cedar Springs man faces a possible life sentence after he was charged with sodomy this week for allegedly having sex with a dog, his fourth felony offence. “Never mind ‘Possible’…defo! Charles Ralph Horton, 57, is lodged in the Kent County Jail on a $500,000 cash/surety bond. If released, he must remain at home on a tethering device, a judge stipulated at Horton’s arraignment this week.

The sexual contact, with a lab/shepherd mix, occurred from August through November 2012 at locations on Lexington Avenue and 20 Mile Road Northwest, police say.

In court records, authorities called the act an “abominable and detestable crime.”

“The defendant was a person whose sexual behaviour was characterized by repetitive acts which indicate a disregard of the consequences or the recognized rights of others,” records say. “There is a clue in that sentence, for any judge too bloody to notice prior offences… REPETITIVE!!” 

Horton was previously convicted of second-degree criminal sexual conduct in Muskegon County in 1991.

Records show convictions of burglary and breaking and entering, in the 1980s.

Canadian Forces Member Faces 2nd Bestiality Charge

A Canadian Forces member in Manitoba has been charged with bestiality a second time, after a woman alleged that she was asked to engage in sexual acts with a dog.

Police in Brandon, Man., say the 31-year-old man from Canadian Forces Base Shilo will appear in court on Oct. 29 on charges of bestiality, soliciting illicit sexual intercourse and circulating obscene matter.

A 31-year-old man who has been charged twice with bestiality is a current member of Canadian Forces Base Shilo in western Manitoba, according to police. (CBC)

Earlier this month, the man was charged with bestiality and procuring and circulating obscene matter, after a woman filed a complaint with police in late September.

At the time of the first arrest, RCMP said the man had used a dating website to ask the woman to participate in acts of bestiality. No specific details were given at that time about the man’s request.

Shortly after the man’s arrest was made public, a second woman went to police and said she was also contacted on a dating website by a man who asked her to take part in “acts which included bestiality with a dog,” Brandon police said in a release Wednesday.

The man, who was released on strict conditions following the first arrest, was arrested again on Tuesday, according to police.

Neither RCMP nor Brandon police has released the man’s name, but both police agencies say he is a member of the Canadian Forces Shilo.

A Canadian Forces member from western Manitoba has been charged with bestiality and circulating obscene matter, according to RCMP.

RCMP in Brandon, Man., received a complaint last month that a 31-year-old man, who is a current member of Canadian Forces Base Shilo, had used a dating website to ask a woman to “participate in acts of bestiality,” police said in a release Monday.

Military police searched the man’s home near Brandon and seized a number of computers on Sept. 28, according to RCMP.

The man was charged with bestiality and procuring and circulating obscene matter.

He has since been released on strict conditions. He will appear in court at a later date. “WTF…released?? so he can just wander around & pick another sentient being for his sick fantasies…people have a right to know who this person is !!”

RCMP did not name the man saying they wanted to protect members of his family, as well as the victim. “I can understand protecting the victims name but not the pervert…I feel sorry for his family but the public have a right to know a person as revolting as he; is wandering the neighbourhood. 

Police did not specify who the victim would be in this case, nor did they release any further details about the case.

Man charged in puppy’s death, woman’s assault

 

NEW CASTLE — A Halco Drive man is facing charges for allegedly choking a woman and killing her puppy.

New Castle police and the Lawrence County District Attorney’s Office investigated the case jointly and reported that Leroy Graham, 54, who lives in the Grant Street projects, was baby-sitting a 2-month-old puppy for a Pulaski woman who had taken someone shopping.

The woman told police it had taken her longer than expected to return and Graham was angry.

She said that when she arrived, he reached into her car and choked her, then went inside his apartment at 351 Halco Drive, got the puppy and slammed it against her car, causing severe injuries.

The puppy died the next morning, police said.

Police said they watched a video of the July 11 incident, provided by the Lawrence County Housing Authority.

Graham, who is on probation for a sex-related offense, is charged with killing or maiming a domestic animal, simple assault and harassment in connection with the incident this month.

District Judge Melissa Amodie has issued a warrant for his arrest.

Graham pleaded guilty last year to terroristic threats and indecent assault that had been filed against him in November 2010.

Police reported then that he had been charged with rape and related offenses. The rape and other charges were dropped as part of the plea bargain.

Graham was sentenced May 24, 2011, to a maximum of 23 1/2 months in prison with credit for 171 days served, plus two years of probation. He also was ordered to undergo sex offender treatment.

On May 13, Graham was the victim of a shooting, suffering a bullet wound to his inner left thigh.

Anthony L. McGeachy, 37, of 216 Wick Ave., was accused as the gunman and arrested. Graham was shot while walking to McGeachy’s house with his son.

Muskegon man charged with felony for allegedly sexually assaulting two dogs

MUSKEGON, MI – A 36-year-old Muskegon man has been charged with a felony for allegedly sexually assaulting two dogs that were living in his home, police said.

Kurtis Peter Peterson has been arraigned in Muskegon County 60th District Court on one count of crime against nature, or sodomy, a felony punishable up to 15 years in prison.

The charge is also known as bestiality.

However, Peterson is a fourth-time habitual offender, so he could potentially get life in prison if convicted.

A judge set his bond at $250,000. A preliminary examination is slated for June 20.

Police say Peterson sexually stimulated a pit bull belonging to his roommate at his home in the 200 block of Amity Street, where he also allegedly sexually penetrated his own blue heeler dog.

According to the police report, the most recent incident involving the blue heeler occurred around 10:30 a.m. on Monday at the man’s home.

It was allegedly witnessed by someone who had been in his home at the time as she passed his bedroom doorway and noticed the man naked on his bed apparently having sex with the animal, police said.

The man later told police that, while he was naked, he was only petting the dog. He has denied having sexual intercourse or sexually assaulting the dogs, police said.

Police say Peterson has also been witnessed sexually pleasuring the pit bull in the same home and allowed one of the dogs to pleasure him as well when he stepped out of the shower.

One of the dogs remain with Peterson’s roommate in the home. The other dog has since been removed, police said.

Peterson’s case is eerily similar to an incident involving a Muskegon man who was convicted of digitally penetrating his dog.

Jose Antonio Sanchez, then 59, was sentenced to prison in 2011 for 17 months to 22 1/2 years for one count of sodomy involving his boxer-mix dog.

The 2 ½- year-old 60-pound female dog in that case was examined by a veterinarian, who confirmed a sexual assault had taken place.

The dog, then known as “White Dog,” was later renamed Stella after she was taken in by Pound Buddies Rescue, authorities said.

Sanchez during a meeting with his parole officer in 2010 admitted the sexual assault, which he said happened at his home in the 200 block of East Grand Avenue. The incident was then reported to police.

Authorities later learned that Sanchez was abused as a child — including abuse that involved someone using a dog to sodomize Sanchez.

Meanwhile, authorities say Peterson has a criminal history.

According to the court file, Peterson was convicted of attempted fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct in Allegan County in 1996. In 2010 he was convicted of carrying of concealed weapon in Muskegon County and making a false report of a felony.

EDMONTON — The Crown is seeking an 18-to-20-year prison term for an Edmonton-area man who repeatedly sexually abused children – including his own son and daughter – over 10 years.

However, his betrayed ex-wife wants a different kind of sentence, saying in her victim impact statement that he robbed the children of “their innocence” and “destroyed” their lives and she hopes he “rots in hell forever.”

The sex offender‘s son also slammed his father in his victim impact statement, calling him a “sick, perverted man” and saying he was “never going to call him dad again.”

The 41-year-old man, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the victims, has pleaded guilty to multiple counts of sexual interference and inviting sexual touching, as well as charges for child pornography, incest, unlawful confinement, administering a stupefying drug, bestiality and using a whip in a sexual assault.

Crown prosecutor Diane Hollinshead compared the man to a “spider inviting insects to come into his home” while telling court the man had been in a high position of trust over the “vulnerable” victims and had abused that trust.

Hollinshead argued it was aggravating that there were multiple young victims, the sexual abuse went over an extended period and the man had encouraged other adults, including a neighbour, to participate.

“This offender has offended non-stop,” said Hollinshead. “He is about as serious an offender as you can get.”

Defence lawyer Mark Facundo conceded his client had done “terrible things to children,” but argued the sentence proposed by the Crown would be crushing.

He suggested a prison term of between nine and 10 years. “How about life, seeing as he took those kids normal life from them”!

Facundo told court it was mitigating that the man had pleaded guilty and spared his victims from having to testify and said he himself had been abused as a child.

According to agreed facts, the man sexually abused his daughter when she was between six and 16 and his son when he was between 10 and 15. As well, he showed them porn and directed them to have sex with each other.

The other victims were the daughter of a girlfriend, who was abused when she was 10 to 12, and two daughters of a fiancee, one that was 13 and one that was a young adult.

Court heard the man bought the 13 year old two sex outfits and once gave her some sleeping pills mixed in alcohol. As well, there was the use of whips and other sex toys, sexual activity with the family dog and he made her have sex with a male friend of his.

The man made the 20-year-old daughter wear a leather suit and would tell her he was the master and she had to obey him. He also punished her by chaining her to a bed with a dog collar, chains and locks around her neck.

Court heard the man was arrested in May 2010 after police learned of the abuse and thousands of child porn images and videos were found on the man’s computer.

He is slated to be sentenced on June 27.

Viciously attacked by Jenson Bolla-Sosa in Fort Lauderdale, white poodle mix Mimi apparently has retained the sweet temperament and soft curls she had before the sexual assault.

Back at home, Mimi was able to wag her tail at visitors keen to see how the five-year-old, 10 pound dog was doing in a crime which shocked the state of Florida.

Her owners declined to comment on the incident involving Bolla-Sosa, but it is known that the attack was witnessed and broken up by one of them.

It was on Sunday that Bolla-Sosa’s sickening attack on Mimi was interrupted by her owner when he saw the Guatemalan native with his penis out penetrating the poodle mix.

When Mimi was grabbed away from Bolla-Sosa she was ‘whimpering in pain’, according to a statement taken by police at the time.

Initially attempting to resist arrest, Bolla-Sosa was taken in and charged with having sexual contact with animals.

Bolla-Sosa, 28, of Fort Lauderdale, was charged with knowingly having sexual contact with a dog, cruelty to an animal and resisting arrest without violence.

When he appeared in Broward County court, Judge John Hay considered denying the 28-year-old bail, the Sun Sentinel reported.

But assistant public defender Terry Conover said Bolla-Sosa had no prior record and should be granted bail, which was then set at $12,500.Mr Conover said at the hearing: ‘We have serious cases in here, Judge, that involve the abuse of women or the abuse of men, of human beings, and they are able to post bond.

‘The facts of this case are not good. But comparing it to the abuse of a human being is not as significant.’

Judge Hurley disagreed and said: ‘I think abuse of an animal in certain circumstances can be just as significant and troubling.’

Bolla-Sosa is also being held for an investigation by the Immigration and Naturalization Service, according to a court affidavit.
