Sexually Twisted Man Abuses Puppy in the WORST Way

Comments Off on Sexually Twisted Man Abuses Puppy in the WORST Way

“OMG…this sick, evil, heinous, filthy & pitiful excuse of a human, violated an innocent sentient being; who had no way of asking for help. Thank God, the neighbours saw him, had they not, this would have carried on! But, what’s more worrying to me, is how long has this monster being indulging in his perverted pleasures, behind closed doors & has it only been animals he has abused??? This POS below certainly deserves more than 5 years in prison, all who commit such vile & crude acts, should be given a lot of psychological evaluations; before ever being allowed to mingle around normal people with young families & pets! A large percentage re-offend within months of leaving prison….which just shows that prison isn’t the right place for these perverts! It has long been documented that some of these sub-humans, start abusing & or mutilating animals, before they become sexually interested with either animals or children; it could start with animals & then progress to children or the other way around.”

“I think the only way to help protect animals from human rapist’s is to have an ‘Animal Abuse/paedophile Registry’ in each County! The similar Human Paedophile Registries closely monitor child abusers etc. so why not have them for those who sexually harm animals. I think will be an invaluable tool to help police & dog shelters etc. keep tabs on the undesirables & also identify new abusers. How else do the police keep an eye on animal rapists? they can’t really! These Animal abuse/rape ‘Registries’ should be up & running ASAP before more animals are harmed or children put into dangerous situation. When abusers get out of prison, who’s to say they won’t start again, where they left off? Do you think 5 years of prison will stop their despicable sexual fantasies? because  I don’t! If this sick bastard could do that to a puppy, how safe will children be around him? When he is released, the public have a right to know his new or old address; so they can keep their animals & family safe! But the police have a duty to keep the public safe, which is why it’s imperative to ensure, each & every County has an ‘Animal Abuse Registry” if they don’t…well, it’s just down to praying said offender won’t repeat their sickening fetishes; sadly it’s all too common for abusers to re-offend!” Personally, I think they should all be castrated & left to rot on an island in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by great white sharks!”

A Florida man was convicted of heinous acts against an 8-month-old puppy and sentenced to prison, however, the sentence doesn’t seem nearly long enough for the crimes.

(Don’t forget the face of the pervert above!!!)

61-year-old James Guy Bull from Daytona Beach pleaded guilty to two counts of felony cruelty to animals, misdemeanor animal cruelty charges and misdemeanor sexual activities involving animals, according to USAToday.

Bull was set to go to trial for the charges, but he instead pleaded guilty and was sentenced to five years in prison.

State Attorney R.J. Larizza called the facts surrounding the horrific abuse case “incomprehensible and vile” after the sentence was handed down on Friday.

“The defendant’s abuse of the helpless dog shocks the collective conscience of the citizens of the Seventh Circuit and beyond.”

Back in March some of Bull’s neighbors came forward with allegations of seeing him fondling the small pit bull puppy’s private areas on several different occasions despite the dog crying and whimpering for him to stop. One neighbor said that at one point they were walking by Bull’s home and caught him in the act of having sex with the puppy named Coco, according to prosecutor

“When (Bull) saw (him), he pulled up his pants and put the dog down,” court records show.

Police went to Bull’s home to investigate and that’s when they found the “clearly emaciated” dog chained to a post on the front porch with almost no room to move.

“She had about 8 inches of free reign, no water, no shelter and no food for her,” an affidavit said. The dog was “skittish and obviously afraid,” and showed signs of physical sexual abuse.

The good news is that while Bull sits behind bars for the next five years, Coco, who’s now named Rose, has been placed in safe custody with an animal rescue group and should be okay after a while.

I often wonder what kind of twisted person would do such a thing to a helpless dog who, if given the chance, would only want to love him and be his loyal friend. Five years doesn’t seem like nearly enough for such vile acts.

Do you think his sentence is appropriate? Let us know with a comment. – Don’t forget to “like” the above on Facebook and follow me on Twitter

James Guy Bull will spend the next five years of his life in prison for raping an eight-month-old female terrier dog on his front porch reported the Facebook page of Rose’s Road to Recovery Friday afternoon.

A huge crowd gathered outside the Daytona, Florida courtroom; sentencing was scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Bull pleaded guilty to felony and misdemeanor charges for sexual acts with an animal and animal cruelty. According to the firstcoastnews.com, State Attorney R.J. Larizza called the heinous acts “incomprehensible and vile.”

“The defendant’s abuse of the helpless dog shocks the collective conscience of the citizens of the Seventh Circuit and beyond,” stated Larizza.

Bull, 61, was arrested in March when neighbors called authorities after hearing Bull’s young dog yelp and cry as if in pain. Witnesses told police they had seen Bull raping the dog, and “he had pulled up his pants and put the dog down” when he knew others had seen his despicable act with the puppy.

When authorities arrived, they found a “clearly emaciated” dog who was “obviously afraid.” The dog, named Rose has since recovered, and has been under the care of the Second Chance Rescue NYC.

The organization’s Facebook page, Rose’s Road to Recovery began in April when the dog arrived at Second Chance Rescue:

“This page was made to tell Rose’s painful story; to be her voice. The only way to fight animal abuse is to make people aware of stories like this and try to get more people to speak out and do something.”

Vet Worker Accused of Animal Cruelty Still Not Charged

Comments Off on Vet Worker Accused of Animal Cruelty Still Not Charged

“The video regards this news post, is below, along with another version of events (In italics) which if true, do not add up with the news posted below! I know one thing, no animal deserves to be hanged via a lead then slammed into wall; therefore that employee should be punished. If (as it states below the video) the dog had bitten several employees, then it should have had a muzzle on when being handled; that was no reason to abuse the dog! But why has it taken a year for the video to surface? Didn’t the person who took the video think it should have been handed to police straight away; so the employee could have been punished? If the incident did indeed happen a year ago, how can we be sure this female employee, Stefanie Stasse hasn’t committed other violent attacks??”

ORLANDO, Fla. — An employee at a local veterinarian’s office has been fired after she was caught on camera slamming a dog against a wall.

WFTV discovered the employee, Stefanie Stasse, was fired following Thursday’s story.

Friday, the office’s owner said he wants her prosecuted, after defending her Thursday.

Dr. Mohammad Hassan claims he had to go by what his employees told him about the incident, and was also under advice from his lawyer not to say otherwise.

Employee slams dog into wall

Even though he said Thursday the incident happened a year and a half ago, Friday he said he doesn’t know when the video was taken.

Hassan, who stood up for his employee after alarming video of vet tech Stasse was posted on YouTube, said she is now fired. “None of this really adds up, clearly there is something amiss!

Hassan said he is going to press charges. “If she should serve time in jail, I don’t mind that,” Hassan said.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office investigated the alleged abuse and is turning the case over to the state attorney’s office.

The video shows the dog being slammed against a wall as many as five times.

Hassan said Thursday Stasse had to take extreme measures to control the dog and it wasn’t hurt.

“They are hollow walls there, very soft, it’s not a concrete wall that if you hit the dog you’re going to break his back,” Hassan had said Thursday.

Friday, Hassan said his change of tune was because “Yesterday all I had was the statements from the employees.”

Three former employees contacted Channel 9 after the story aired Thursday.

Hassan said he fired Sheena Torres, but she claims she quit after seeing abuse and mistreatment.

“I was not fired, I walked out. I walked out. He was angry with me because I told him, ‘Listen, this cat has been here all day without treatment,'” Torres said.

Torres even complained to Animal Services. Reports show the officer found it hard to determine the validity of some claims because the officer was not a veterinarian.

“I just hope my clients don’t hold this against me personally or my good staff,” Hassan said.

Viewers were so upset over the video, they even posted a petition to fire Stasse and close the clinic. (Petition below the video)

It will be up to the state attorney’s office, once it gets the case, to press charges.

WFTV also contacted the Department of Business and Professional Licensing Friday, but they have not commented on whether they are investigating or not. “Now please read the news that accompanies the video!”

The Vet states that this video was placed on youtube by an ex disgruntled employee who was fired. He also alleges that the video was tampered with and pieced together and it does not show the entire incident. He states that the incident is 10 minutes in its entirety and if we were to see the entire video, we would agree with what this employee did.

Let me laugh first… lol! Now… seriously!?! I could care less if a disgruntled ex employee posted this crime of animal abuse on youtube. BUT… I do have thoughts about the lady depicted in the cell phone video committing the crime of animal abuse. WHO…… I say WHO in his or her right state of mind would pick a dog up off the floor and hang it by its leash and SLAM it repeatedly into the wall!?!

This is the employee who should have been fired but instead the vet supports the employee for doing this and she remained there after this incident and was employed there as of yesterday when this was broadcast on the news for this incident is being investigated now. I have to ask….. this is one video that was made public….. what happened there all those other days and how many animals received abusive treatment there???

This is a copy and paste from the news report that aired on TV yesterday.

Video: Dog slammed against wall at Orlando pet clinic

State Attorney‘s office investigating possible animal abuse

ORLANDO, Fla. –
Allegations of dog abuse at an Orlando animal hospital have now forced the state attorney’s office to consider charging the clinic’s manager after graphic video showed her slamming a small dog against a wall by its leash.

The woman seen slamming the small dog against a wall — at least four times — is the manager at the Emergency Pet Hospital on White Road in Orlando, said Veterinarian Dr. Mohammad Hassan, and she is still working at the clinic.

The cellphone video lasts 32 seconds and was posted on YouTube by a woman who received it from people who worked at the hospital.

That tipster, who asked to remain anonymous, calls what is seen on the video “abuse” and said “it’s horrendous.”

“There’s right and wrong, and you just don’t do it,” said the tipster. “There are proper ways to handle things. This poor dog doesn’t have a voice. This poor dog couldn’t go and tell his owner that he was being mistreated.”

On the video, the dog yelps and has a cone around its head, indicating it may have recently underwent surgery. The manager wrestles with the dog’s tiny collar and when the dog appears uncooperative.

“I was very upset when I saw the video,” said Hassan. “It does look very bad because the video was altered and trimmed.”

Hassan said what we don’t see on the short video clip is what happened in the 10 minutes before the manager lost her patience. He said the dog bit several workers, was uncontrollable and his manager made several different attempts to handle the dog.

When asked if there is a better way to take care of that dog, Hassan said, “There’s always a better way.”

As far as this being a case of animal abuse, Hassan does not agree.

“If you see the video as-is, I’m sure it can be considered animal abuse,” said Hassan. “If you see the whole video, you’re going to realize what happened there happens everywhere all the time.”

Hassan said the video is over a year and a half old and believes whoever leaked it has a grudge against him because they were fired.

It’s unclear who owns the dog or if it was injured in the attack, but Hassan asserts it was not.
